This hotel service very bad. Staff no manners. I book the room no have towel, no TV, no heater just can shower cold water. No have anything empty room. Never book this hotel again.

寫作 I have stayed in many hotels in my life, but this has to be the worst and most unforgettable experience ever. When we checked in, there were blood stains on the bedsheets. When we informed the front desk, the staff said there were no more rooms available and refused to let us change rooms. Even worse, they said there were no extra bedsheets to replace the dirty one. The toilet was also extremely dirty. There was even a piece of feces left inside the toilet bowl. We only checked in around 11 PM, and after we complained, the cleaner only came at 11 PM to clean the toilet. This kind of hygiene and service is completely unacceptable for any hotel. It is truly the most terrible and unforgettable hotel experience I have ever had.

登記都要半個小時員工顧客聊天都要15分鐘,我訂了房間是豪華大床位居然給我兩個單人床,沒有房間就不要放出來,礦泉水也不給兩張單人床衹給一個毛巾,大廳沒有冷氣在登記的半個小時已經滿身大汗😔房卡我不小心弄壞了我跟員工説我會賠錢的,員工的態度很不好。

Very terrible stay when i check out that time just late about 30min the Indian women worker deduct from my deposit RM15.00 and her own use. And the room is dirty never clean properly to cause my body itchy
