The location of the hotel is very good, but the condition of my room is not comfortable. There is no air conditioner, and it is affecting my stay.

⭐⭐ We had booked 2 rooms and arrived around 2:30 PM for check-in, only to be told no rooms were ready. We were left waiting for over an hour, and after that long wait, they only gave us one room, saying the second one still wasn’t prepared. While we understand it was a holiday period, basic preparation and organization should still be expected—this felt unprofessional and frustrating. It became clear they had overbooked, and we saw several other guests leaving very angry and disappointed with the same issues. Right now, I cannot recommend this place. That said, if the management reaches out to make this right or offers a suitable gesture to make up for the poor experience, we would be open to reconsidering our opinion and changing our review.

Services were average. Room was spacious but the washroom was smelling. Toiletries were mostly empty and no hot water for shower. It was mildly warm. Can provide better service.
