There was no water or even slippers in the room when we arrived till we called the reception When we came to check out at the desk they asked about the review and when we told them that they did not believe us till one of their colleagues told them we were right !!!!

就是一個宰客的酒店，去負一樓理髮店，就吹一下頭髮1分鐘，收費50迪拉姆，估計是看中國人，人生地不熟，直接敲詐你，誰還敢去？ 服務：差到極致真的

I had a pleasant stay with my family, the breakfast has plenty of choices. The room is clean. The front desk receptionist is very helpfull and she gave nice hotel view, staffs also are very helpful. I will definetely return for the future 永安.

This is a fantastic hotel with big swimming pool and with kids small pool area. Our room is very comfortable with 2 big double rooms, ideally for family with kids. The receptionist (Natasha) was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone were so friendly and attentive. Staffs in the restaurant are very friendly too, though there are few selections in the buffet. The hotel is indeed a nice place to relax if you want to experience staycation outside Dubai. I will highly recommend this to everyone.
