Sangam Regency Food : 5/5 Breakfast speead was excellent. Location: Easy to find & near main road. Facilities: Good facilities. But terrible service standards not expected from such premium Hotels. 1.We were refused any help for luggage from our car to reception. I had senior citizens & kids. 2.The housekeeping services of cleaning & bedsheets & towel changes was erratic. We used to receive towels in evening. The room was not cleaned in morning. We had to wait outside till room was cleaned. Parking & restaurant & lounge facilities were Good & upto the mark.

while traveling on Goa - Mumbal highway, we decided to make a night halt at Ratnagiri. I found out Hotel Sangam Regency from MMT, which had good Rating and also offered a decent deal.

The location is nearby Ratnagiri railway station. The rooms are spacious and clean. Amenities and hospitality was good. Food service in room and breakfast both had variety of options and nice taste.

The room was very good and hotel too. Food was expensive and there can be little enhancements in this. Location and nature view wise it is not much good. No lawns and playing area for childrens.

It was a nice pleasant stay. Spacious room n bathroom. Clean n airy. Close to the station. Courteous staff. Must appreciate hospitality. Only breakfast spread needs to be upgraded. But overall a very comfortable stay.
