房間挺大的，雖然設施有年代感，但是乾淨，房間入門處有個簡易衣架挺方便的。淋浴房衹有一半玻璃遮擋，洗澡時水容易濺出，可能令很多人不習慣，但入鄉隨俗，還好啦。每天需要打掃的話記得門上掛牌子呦，否則是不會進客人房間噠，尊重客人私隱吧。酒店的前台都很nice，酒店出門往右手邊方向走，一路上超市也挺多，走到鎮中心不遠，很方便。雖然有人會打掃，但是我們還是很自覺地收拾垃圾進垃圾桶，物件規整，自己的事自己先管好，出國門更要注意自己的言行舉止，不説高大上的話，至少要給我們的孩子做個榜樣留個好名聲☺️

The experience was average, you can tell the facilities are aging since the shower basin started turning yellow at parts. The duvet was also very old and not too well cleaned since it caused my eczema prone skin to breakout, which the Airbnb I stayed at in the same town did not cause.

Very nice hotel, they have games like ping pong and darts in the reception area to play for free and a nice bar. Rooms are very spacious! When we checked in they stated 24 hour bar and reception desk but when I went down at around 3am I didn’t see a worker. But I would come back here again!

I love the atmosphere and vibe of this hotel. The idea of friendships being formed is lovely, free games to play on site and money off food & drinks is a win. Super comfortable bed, great shower and rooms aren’t small either. You get more than most here.

環境非常舒適friendly, 地點方便行10分鐘左右到達Reading Station 就有機場巴士來回機場及市中心。 酒店遊樂設施非常合適一家大小，桌球乒乓波砂壺等。 房間空間大，足夠放到3個大行李箱，環境衞生乾淨，床鋪特大，小朋友非常開心。

I found strange that iron was not available in my room and also get 2 days where card stop working when from work and needed to get support to unlock my room. Complementary stuff in room very weak.

這兒的生活機能很好，消費購物很方便。辦理入住很迅速，只是覺得燈光頗暗。房間內乾淨整潔，可惜沒有熨斗可用，自助早餐還不錯啦！

I have visited this hotel many times for events and functions but never actually stayed. Staff were very friendly and the hotel itself looks very nice, so what a shame that the whole thing is let down by cleanliness. The windows in my room were actually dripping in mould, damp and grime, which is surely a health hazard? I have stayed at many hotels but never stayed at one that displays such filthy conditions in the room, absolutely disgusting!
