酒店環境優美幽雅，設施很新，住的很舒服。前台態度很好，有問題立馬幫忙解決，還幫忙預訂快艇和出租車，讓我們順利趕上飛機，非常感謝！

一坨吧，度假村還在建，整個度假村就我們倆人，其餘度假村已經關閉，定了兩晚，由於沒人，被迫提前回了，也不退錢。挺坑的，相當於閉島了，也不告之，就説度假村不提供浮潛和看海龜。花了2700，像個大冤種

海非常漂亮，樓後有時會焚燒垃圾，產生不好的味道。淡季早餐需要預訂，不是自助，種類偏少。前台服務很好。

訂的是長灘別墅房間，拉開窗簾就是滿眼海景，實在太美了，去海灘非常方便，相比拉古娜那裡，我更喜歡這裏，沒有那麼多人，沙灘更乾淨，風景更美，可以安靜享受這一片海灘。酒店設施非常新，房間也很大，床品舒適，衹是度假村還沒有完全完工，相信全部完工後的度假村更完美。工作人員也非常熱情，酒店第一天的熱水系統不太好，第二天很快修好了，早餐可以再豐富一點。

We’ve truly enjoyed our stay at Peridot. The Long Beach Villa room is beautifully decorated. The view from the room is breathtaking & it's really nice to be waking up by the sound of sea waves. Love their L'Occitane toiletries as well.  However, as the hotel is still undergoing some renovations, there are not many amenities available around the hotel. Upon checking in, we were so hungry after a long drive from SG, but the restaurant was closed at 2pm. The only options we were offered were to go to the other hotels' restaurants along the beach. The à la carte menus provided did not have much variety either. To get halal food was quite a distance from Peridot. But no choice; after freshening up, we walked along the beach and just asked around if we could have our late lunch there. Breakfast varieties were limited. For the price we paid, it could have been better. I love their chicken nuggets, though!  At night, it can be quite quiet around the area, but it was not an issue for us, as we love the quiet vibes and enjoy our peaceful nights there. The WIFI connection was really bad. So we got to use our data most of the time. Apart from the food issue, the rooms had power 永安s quite frequently on our 2nd & 3rd days of our stay there.  Overall it was a great experience for us. The room is clean, and basic amenities are fulfilled. Please note they are still in their soft launch; expect to be fully operational by March 2026. I hope I can come back by then & the facilities will be fully functional and improved.

Manque de service pour le prix hôtel en Traveau piscine impraticable

Il peridot è un bellissimo resort ma in fase di ristrutturazione quindi non offrono nessun servizio al momento.La piscina è piena d’acqua sporca,i bagni della reception ancora con calce e insetti,ci sono gli operai (giustamente) in giro per tutto il resort e la colazione è davvero misera:offrono Toast con burro e marmellata e qualcosa di salato.Le camere invece sono favolose,spaziose e di ultima generazione…la nostra era direttamente sul mare e offrono i prodotti dell occitane che a nostro parere sono eccellenti.Il prezzo per le condizioni attuali è decisamente alto.

真的非常好！以後一定會常來！服務員讓我們體驗到什麼是賓至如歸！設施仍在完善中！希望下次來可以完整體驗到渡假村所有設施！
