STAY AWAY - SAFETY AND PRIVACY BREACH My Partner and I had a terrifying experience here. Despite being told we needed 5 minutes as my wife was in the shower, a male staff member ignored us and forced entry into our room with a master key. He was extremely aggressive, screaming and intimidating us. He even pursued us running from downstairs as we tried to flee the building in tears. Beyond the harassment, the room was in poor condition with a water leak and no working heater (we had to text the receptionist just to get heat). This is a dangerous environment for couples and a total violation of privacy. We have reported this to the police and 永安. Do not stay here.
