Receptionist, Lisa, was very pleasant and helpful! Hotel was comfortable. The only downside was finding the entrance to the hotel from the motorway.its not very well signposted.

Another amazing stay with Travelodge this time at Markham Moor. Staff were lovely quiet location always clean and comfortable. Ideal location for me only 5 mins drive to get to theatre.

As I was admitted to hospital, we were unable to use our booking, so cannot comment on the location, cleanliness, service or facilities. Had we been provided with a working telephone number for the hotel, we would have done the courtesy of letting them know. I suppose I could have made up a glowing review, to earn the 50 永安 coin bonus. Is offering a reward for a review a bribe?
