Из плюсов, пляж рядом, не глубокий с черным песком, подходит для семей с детьми, номер огромный с красивой большой террасой с видом на океан, в номере чайник, чай кофе, холодильник, просторная душевая комната. Уборка каждый день, смена полотенец каждый день. Минусы, кухня которую Вы можете видеть не работает, работает только микроволновая печь, вай вай на 6 этаже не работает, приходилось мне постоянно спускаться на ресепшн так как я работаю онлайн, фен в нерабочем состоянии, просто висел в ванной для красоты, на чек ин никого не было на ресепшене в 6:30 утра, а написано что стойка регистрации круглосуточная, это не так, мы просто оставили ключи на стойке перед отъездом

Personnel pas accueillant .. n’a pas voulu me faire une ..bruit abominable de 6 h du matin à 22h avec bruits d’usine infernaux impossible de dormir ! La piscine pas vue ..une honte

Goed ontvangen en erg aardig personeel. De hotelkamer is gedateerd en maakt dat er roest in het bad zit en een barst in de wc pot. Verder meerdere haren gevonden op het bed, ben zelf kaal... dus vermoed dat ze niet van mij waren.

Es un hotel muy antiguo, instalaciones muy descuidadas. Olor insoportable a tubería en el baño todos los días. No lo recomendaría a nadie

Muy buena ubicación frente al mar y cerca de todos los puntos de la isla. La habitación en general está bien, camas amplias, tele grande, buen armario. Lo peor es el baño, que está un poco anticuado y que solo hay un enchufe aunque con una regleta. Calidad precio muy bien.

Muy buena atención, la habitación super cómoda y espaciosa, también muy limpia. Todos los dias vinieron a limpiar la habitación cuentan con servicio de desayuno, los transportes a Funchal están muy cerca, hay supermercado y tiendas para comprar de todo al lado, la playa esta enfrente la verdad me encantó.

We had a lovely stay. The location is perfect from the beach and nearby restaurants. A supermarket was also around the corner. The parking is limited from the hotel but a lot of possibilities to park nearby. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. The staff is friendly too. I would totally come back

The hotel is quite old and not really like the pictures, it definitely requires renovations. The room we were given was facing other rooms due to the shape of the hotel so we couldn’t ever open the blinds at any time. I don’t consider it good value for money.

This was a very decent and affordable hotel — nothing fancy or luxurious, but it covers the basics quite well. It’s clean, efficient, and does the job for travelers looking for a simple place to stay. One of the best surprises was that if you’re lucky enough to get a room with ocean views, it really adds a lot of value to the overall experience. That said, there were some clear drawbacks. The room itself felt extremely tight, especially for two people with a couple of suitcases. There was very limited space to move around, which made things feel a bit cramped and uncomfortable. The bathroom was also quite small, and while functional, it lacked the comfort you’d hope for in a multi-day stay. One highlight was the balcony. Though the interior space was tight, the room had a good-sized balcony where we enjoyed golden hour and sunset views — that part was genuinely lovely and added a sense of openness and relaxation we didn’t get inside the room. The most significant downside for me was the parking situation. The hotel only has three official parking spots, which are always full. Given the area is busy and surrounded by in-demand places like grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, and a laundromat, street parking is very limited and expensive. I had to park at a nearby garage, which cost 10 euros overnight. As for the rooftop, the amenities there weren’t particularly impressive — nothing that would stand out compared to more upscale hotels. But once again, the ocean and sunset views from the rooftop are stunning and give you a brief illusion of being at a five-star resort. All in all, this hotel offers good value for money, especially if you’re not planning to spend too much time in the room. It’s a solid base for exploring the area, as long as you’re okay with a few compromises in comfort and convenience.

Muito bem localizado à beira mar de Ribeira Brava e perto de comércio e restaurantes. Quarto e banheiro grandes, com varanda também grande com vista para o mar. Camas confortáveis e tudo bem limpo. Café da manhã farto e de boa qualidade. Atendimento eficiente e cordial. Recomendo!
