四星的價格三星的環境，酒店門面在街道邊小得難以找到，晚上8點大門就關了，需要按門鈴找人開門才能進去。房間設施一般，這個價位沒見過浴室拉塑料簾的，家人説馬桶像公共洗手間的。總之在貓本這個價位這種檔次的酒店實在不值，不明白為什麼評分這麼高

First time I have stayed with the Motley in Richmond, absolutely fantastic I couldn’t fault them. We will not hesitate to pick this place to stay again, above anything else. Just loved it. 👍

The hotel was clean , beds were so comfortable had a great sleep , bathroom was clean. Super friendly staff , atmosphere was amazing . The hotel had an amazing smell -a signature scent which you can buy from reception. The meals in the restaurant were delicious.

Lovely hotel with funky modern features. Room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The softest bath robes, sizable fridge and the smell of the hotel was such a nice touch. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Highly recommend!

What a funky spot! We stayed to go to a concert at The Corner Hotel, just a 15min walk away. Ate felicious mexican down the road and had a delicious breakfast at a cafe close by. The hotel had a strong scent of perfume in the lobby, was very neat and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The carpark we booked was tight but very secure and convenient.

酒店很新，房間乾淨，裝修有自己的風格，色彩搭配大膽。所有遇到的工作人員服務態度都很好，還可以我的早餐免單了。 房間：隔音好，晚上睡覺聽不到樓下的聲音 位置：酒店不在市中心裏面，但是酒店門口就有電車去市中心衹要十幾分鍾。周圍有超市，很多餐廳和酒吧

Did not know what to expect but it definitely exceeded my expectations- great location close to MCG and Tennis centre for events as well as the great restaurants and bars In Richmond. Loved the warm welcoming feel and decor. Staff were extremely friendly and let me check in a bit earlier. The bar and restaurant- Ms Parker is amazing .highly recommend to anyone who wants something different from the standard bland hotel - loved it ! Will be coming back for sure

Room was tastefully decorated with decent amenities but had a few critical issues: - mattress was sloping downwards on one end - bathroom had a rain shower but the open wall design (lack of doors) meant that the water was constantly splashing out. What’s the point of a rain shower if we can’t use it because of the water splashing out? - no fan / ventilation in the bathroom. We spent time in airbnbs and older apartments in Tasmania but the Motley Richmond hotel in Melbourne was the only accommodation without an airvent / fan! Not really acceptable for a 4 star hotel, as it left our bathroom smelly and/or stuffy. - kettle barely fit underneath the tap if we wanted to boil a cup of tea. Once again, the little things showed that the team did not think through the furniture design and appliance and the overall customer experience.

非常推薦Motley這家低調又奢華在Richmond上的酒店，外面看上去不起眼，可裡邊卻非常的精緻，客房的設計以及用品都非常的有品位，乾淨又衞生！直走一公里多就可以到Fitzroy garden，去City也非常的方便門口搭乘電車就可以，沒有City的吵鬧非常安靜的環境但又不失便利，步行或者電車都可以到達City商圈，樓下的咖啡☕️店非常不錯，前台小姐姐非常熱情第二天還主動又給我送一包糖果🍬，入住的時候客房已經有了，服務細節非常温馨，設計感非常強的Hotel，強烈推薦👍🏻
