温德姆華機場戴斯酒店 (Days Inn by Wyndham Vancouver Airport)

房間乾淨衞生，安靜，出行方便。

房間和設施一班，總體感覺還是過得去。早餐衹有麪包和飲料🥤。和國內同價的酒店不能比。離機場近。可以送機。

The location is near Brighport station by 5 minutes walk, it is very convenient for transportation. There are some restaurants and super market. It is also including breakfast and starts from 5:30am. If the phone call for free shuttle bus will be picked up quicker, the service will be even better!

服務：我們是客人，是來享受服務的，不是來被服務人員教育的。申請延住一晚，工作人員確認好幫我們升級到現有的房間、不需要換房，但需要補辦手續，我們已經説明有嬰兒在休息，不要打擾，結果！在一個小時內，三個不同的人來敲了5次門，三個不同的人打了將近10次電話，電話的聲音還特別特別突然和大聲，把熟睡的嬰兒嚇到了並吵醒了，完全不顧我們長途旅行的勞累和需要連續睡眠的嬰兒的身心健康，把我們弄的情緒激動了，一名華裔/華人女員工還反過來教育我們，並且用“我們有權拒絕服務客人”來當幌子。真沒想到在“把小童放在第一位的加拿大”出現這樣的人、做這樣的事，太讓人震驚和失望。 We are guests here to enjoy the service, not to be lectured by the staff. We requested to extend our stay for one more night. The staff confirmed that they had upgraded us to our current room so we wouldn’t need to change rooms, but we would need to complete some additional paperwork. We clearly informed them that we had a baby sleeping in the room and asked not to be disturbed. However, within just one hour, three different staff members knocked on our door five times, and three different people called the room nearly ten times. The phone rang very suddenly and loudly each time, which frightened and woke up our sleeping baby. This completely disregarded the fact that we were exhausted from a long journey and that our baby needs continuous sleep for her health and well-being. This situation left us very upset, and one Chinese staff member even lectured us, using “we have the right to refuse service to guests” as an excuse. We truly did not expect to encounter such behavior in Canada, a country known for “putting children first.” It was shocking and deeply disappointing.

I have stayed here since 2012 with my flights into YVR and crossing the US border next day, both north and south. The shuttle is a godsend after a long flight, complimentary phone to hotel from airport, short drive to hotel, done deal. The reverse just as convenient. Having breakfast available from 5:30am wonderful as well. May be an alternative to sugary cereal but there’s bagels and waffles, yoghurt toast and jam. Coffee and tea. The rooms are clean. The hotel ready for an update biggest complaint - DITCH THE COFFEE BAG COFFEE MAKERSin the rooms. What drizzles out of them is disgusting. Great excitement this 永安. Hotel fire alarm went off. Richmond’s finest turned up and it was declared a false alarm. Got to chat with other guest. Exciting start to the day. I’m still a fan.

Provided free airport pickup and drop-off service. The room size is great. Free breakfast included. The decoration of the room is a little old. 5 min walk to the Canada line station. $250 deposit is needed for our one night stay, which is weird. No deposit is needed in the other three hotels during our 永安. No slipper provided.

10 minutes drive from airport shuttle bus to and from airport runs from early morning till noon nice room close to foody world (chinese food supermarket) kfc burger king also close

非常不滿意，標註的24小時接送機服務基本等於0，從上午11:20以後就完全不提供接送機了，提前一天定了早上9:50，9:38告訴我班車取消，不送不接，完全不商量讓我自己解決，房間很小，訂房時寫了兩張queen size床，事實上是1.2米的double size，設施非常陳舊簡陋，門板脱漆，早餐種類極少。不會再來。

酒店有免費接駁車，不過要提前和前台説，去機場很方便，大概10分鐘。因為我是轉機去渥太華，12個小時，所以去這個酒店休息還是很方便，也不耽誤時間

這個酒店特別適合在温哥華機場轉機過夜，酒店有免費接送機服務，提供早上5:30開始的早餐，非常貼合轉機需求。設施有的舊但不影響使用。周邊有多箇中餐館
