威爾頓河畔水療酒店 (Wellton Riverside Spa Hotel)

쾌적하고 좋습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 조식까지 제공되는데 이 가격이라니... 매우 만족합니다. 요청사항에도 친절히 대응해주었고 뷔페 퀄리티도 매우 좋았습니다.

I had a wonderful stay at Wellton Riverside Hotel in Riga. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome made me feel at home. The customer service team was very helpful, assisting me with recommendations for the best attractions in Riga. The hotel’s location is excellent—perfect for exploring the main sights of the city, and very convenient for reaching bus, train, and tram stations. One of the highlights was that the hotel helped us get the best price for a boat 永安 around the city when booking directly through them. The rooms were in very good condition, clean and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Riga!

The forth night staying here given its strategic location: 5 minute walk to the bus terminal, 5 minute walk to the bus #22 to airport, while along the river and immediately into the old town. Good breakfast choices that all I need.

Perille päästyämme ilmoitettiin että allas poissa käytöstä 😳ja toisten asiakkaiden kanssa juteltuamme heille oli sanottu että voi käyttää toisen hotellin allas palveluja? Oliko mökin ? Meille ei siis yötä tietoa tullut. Kuudennen kerroksen suihku oli kyllä illalla paneeton että jouduin soittamaan respaan kesken kuin shampoot päässä vielä ja vettä tuli tippa kerrallaan. Fantastic hotel. Great location, rooms very clean, spacious and perfect for city break. Highly recommend breakfast- so much choice

Hotel is located by the riverfront. A short walk to the old town and the central market. Our rooms were at the adjacent building. 4406 is not spacious but for 2 nights, it's fine. We all liked the rich varied breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel due to several unresolved issues and poor communication from the staff. The sink in our room was broken, making it unusable for even basic hygiene like washing our hands. We reported this to reception in the morning and were told a technician would come to fix it. Unfortunately, that never happened. When we followed up later, we were told the technician was “busy” and had already left for the day. We requested a room change, but were informed that the hotel was fully booked. Given the lack of basic amenities, we felt a refund was reasonable. Initially, the front desk staff seemed understanding and said we could speak to the manager in the morning. However, when we returned, we were redirected again and told to call another manager the following day. When we finally reached him, he flatly denied our refund request. Other aspects of the stay were also unsatisfactory. Check-in was slow, despite us arriving at the expected time. We had specifically requested separate beds, which we did not receive. Additionally, when we returned to the room later that day, it had not been cleaned. Overall, this experience left us feeling misled and frustrated. We’ve since contacted 永安 and our credit card provider to escalate the issue. I would strongly recommend choosing a different hotel.

Not a bad place to stay in Riga , parking just behind in the open area

the hotel says it is 5 stars, I was in a room level of ibis budget which doesnt meet even 3 stars standard, very disapointed, very ugly room, they gave me a room on another building.  no dining room service, front desk service very limited, I will not stay there anymore.

The location is great and the room is nice but the service in the hotel desk is very slowly and unfriendly
