住過的最差的酒店，硬件設施老舊，服務人員態度極差，房間的WiFi信號衹有在靠近房門的地方才有，根本無法正常使用，反饋後，既沒有幫我解決WiFi信號問題，又強硬拒絕幫我更換房間，非常的傲慢無所謂，酒店的餐廳早餐難吃的要命……這種爛酒店，國內的同胞千萬別訂，噁心**了……

The hotel had its location as its best point but there were cockroaches in the room, on the bed, and around the mini bar. I am normally very accommodating and rarely like to cause a fuss, so I mentioned it to the front desk after the first night in hopes that they might move me to another room, only for them to offer to clean the room up. Getting back late on the second night I see more cockroaches everywhere even though the smell of insecticide was in the air. The staff at the front desk at that time said there were no other rooms I could be moved into so I checked out early and will be seeking a refund

O hotel deixa a desejar em relação a dedetização. As instalações precisam de atualização, mas fora isso não tivemos maiores problemas. Não tomamos o café por desencontro do horário, por isso não tenho como avaliar esse serviço.

For a 3 star Hotel, the room was huge, free breakfast every day, which had a great array of food for every nationality. Small upper deck pool, but it was great to relax in. The only thing we missed was not having a kettle to make tea/coffee whenever we wanted. Staff were very approachable and friendly.

Boa localização, porém péssimo serviço e condições de conservação. Cheiro de mofo, baratas e lençóis manchados. Funcionários desmotivados que não ajudam e ficando dando desculpas para tudo. Querem cobrar extra para tudo. Até para usar o cofre dos quartos que informavam no site que tinha disponível, querem cobrar extra. Evite se tiver outra opção.

O quarto era confortável mas com cheiro de mofo . Não tinha TV smart e o ar não gelava bem . Banheiro muito sujo . Estacionamento com diária de 80 reais!! O café da manhã era bom e os atendentes simpáticos . Mas a relação custo benefício não valeu a pena
