裏阿勒帝國佛朗明哥酒店 (Riale Imperial Flamengo)

Gostei muito da estadia, os funcionários todos muito educados e prestativos,a localização é ótima, 3 minutos da estação Catete, o único ponto é que o hotel é antigo e talvez precise de uma reforma para dar uma modernizada. Fora isso, tudo perfeito.

The hotel quality was below the average. The room was not well cleaned (e.g. I found old sock under the bed). Mosquitos vere all the time in the rooms. I needed to change room because of some bug/insects raid. Breakfast was disappointing. Scrambled eggs was cold or overheated (it gained this blue-grean color when you cook eggs to long). For the next time I would avoid this place.

No geral ficou claro que não a compromisso com o cliente, pois as informações fornecidas no site o qual me conduziram a minha decisão erram equivocadas e tira de vocês a credibilidade. No seu anuncio dizia café da manha e estacionamento inclusos e no hotel tive que pagar o estacionamento para não deixar meu carro na rua. Extremamente desagradável.

É a segunda vez que me hospedo e continuo achando o quarto confortável e espaçoso. Gosto muito de ficar na suíte com banheira para relaxar. O café da manhã foi saboroso mais uma vez.

Hôtel bien, Bien pour visiter le centre, Proche du métro pour rejoindre la zone sud. Petit déjeuner simple mais bon. Piscine chauffée, pas grande mais agréable en fin de journée. accès à une salle de sport à côté de l'hôtel.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my partner. All the furniture in the room is old and the cooling system has no control because it was old and it is only manual and I have 2 buttons only on and off. There is no other option to adjust the room temperature. Breakfast is between 6 and 10 am and at 9 am they run out of some food and they don't refill it. It is not worth the price you pay for booking a room in this hotel.

Really lovely hotel in a nice part of Rio. Staff are really friendly and helpful, especially as I speak English and everyone else is speaking Portuguese. The room was lovely and clean and the cleaners came here everyday to freshen up the room, put fresh towels in the bathroom and change the sheets. The pool was lovely and very quiet which made the experience much better. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel very much but the one day that I did, there was a good variety of food. Can’t fault this hotel, very pleasant and would definitely stay here again.

This information should be corrected urgently, because I consider myself deceived. 2. the only good thing about this hotel was the staff, who jumped to help us every time, were polite and extremely helpful, I liked this aspect, but ... 3. the hotel is extremely unkempt, the rooms are relatively ok, but the first night in the room we had cockroaches everywhere, the next day they changed our room and we ended up in a room that had a crooked bed frame and the mattress was lying on one side, so I fell out of bed. The third day they moved us to the third room, which was more ok, but the mattress was only defective on one side, but the bathroom smelled extremely bad. In the end I left it like that because I didn't want to stay 4 days to change 4 rooms. 4. Breakfast, the most unpleasant experience. The food was so bland that you wouldn't say you had anything to taste, it wasn't varied, it's clear that I would have preferred to eat out than at the hotel. If you still offer breakfast, how is it possible to charge for an expresso or a cappuccino? The free coffee offered was something in a filter, which was not drinkable. If we were in Brazil, one of the coffee countries, and we paid hundreds of euros for 4 nights, is it possible to pay for a coffee at breakfast that was overcharged? The fact is that it was one of the worst experiences at a 4-star hotel (which I repeat is 3 stars) where the kindness of the staff cannot compensate for the lack of quality of the accommodation services, the staff score 5 out of 5, the hotel score 2 out of 5, the breakfast score 1 out of 5. I believe that the hotel management should reconsider the quality of the information and services offered! Thank you!

對於設備來説和聖保羅的酒店的中心酒店比有點差了，但是這個價格的價位區間又非常的合理。衞生條件一般，廁所會有點潮味

Boa hospedagem! Gosto de ficar no Riale, principalmente pela localização no Catete, pertinho do metrô e do Museu da República, de lojas, restaurantes, farmácias e do aterro do Flamego, que é uma maravilhosa atração turística do Rio de Janeiro. No entanto, ainda acho que o hotel precisa ser renovado. O preço da diária não condiz com as acomodações oferecidas. A limpeza é excelente e o café da manhã é razoável. Porém, quando o cartão chave do quarto não abria a porta, tive que voltar para a recepção andando pelos corredores imensos e quentes.Fiquei num quarto com um ar condicionado tão antigo, que o barulho não me deixou dormir direito. Dividi o quarto com uma amiga e não pudemos usar o banheiro com privacidade, porque a porta do banheiro não fechava. O staff é muito simpático, mas esqueci uns cosméticos no box do banheiro e nem entraram em contato para avisar, achei uma falta de cordialidade.
