My stay here was terrible. They gave us the shittiest room there, even though we paid good amount. I did not feel it was worth it at all. we asked them to change our room, they refused to do so and said ma'am there's no room available but we asked a staff boy there he said ma'am rooms are available. my bathroom my not clean at all, I had to ask them to clean it , atleast they could have cleaned it before. room was different than what it was shown to us. room was smelling before we entered It was terrible experience. no toilet paper, no towel, no water bottle. there was nothing in the room before we came there.

it was such an awful experience to stay at the property they are just dont know how to treat their guests please i suggest not to go to the property

The Chakrah ) has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. I booked one of their spacious suites, which were decorated beautifully. A truly memorable stay!
