The rooms were cozy. The terrace was amazing with all kinds of chairs and benches. It created a very warm environment for the friends. The service was very digitised at every stage.

Worst Experience..! Being From a Hospitality Industry I expected atleast 1% of good service from this hotel . But it was a waste of money. Be it staff Their Services their room Or the food , Nothing was good . Since checking in I had a very bad experience. The details which are written by the hotel on Google are incorrect. I was stuck there on the road with my elderly mom and dad with heavy bags because the location was written wrong and the number was unreachable. When i reached the hotel the person at the reception said it was not his mistake that the phone was unreachable. When i showed him the number he started arguing so i had to call the manager (Ms. Priya) . When she arrived they both were discussing about the mobile number was wrong etc etc. She apologized for my inconvenience but It is not only about apologising. It’s about providing the best solution as well . I checked in since the amount that i paid for the booking was non refundable. The rooms were very dirty . we ordered some food which was not nice either. Overall I did not like my experience there at all. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel .

The property has some positives, like excellent indoor and common rooms, which are well-maintained and comfortable. However, the private rooms are disappointing not up to the mark, especially considering the high price. Additionally, there's no parking available, which is quite inconvenient. Overall, it's a mixed experience: good for shared spaces, but not worth it if you're looking for a quality private room.

The check-in and check-out were incredibly efficient, and the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality. The room was clean and well-kept, contributing to a truly nice stay

Stay was good management was good but hotel is far away if you’re carrying extra luggage then it’s uncomfortable for you to carry you cannot get a view from your room you have to go to terrace food was expensive

My stay was just okay, but the check-in process was frustrating. We had to struggle to get the digital key, which should have been a seamless experience. The staff was also quite reluctant to provide basic amenities like towels—we had to repeatedly request them from the reception, even though these should be readily available in the room. The only highlight of the stay was the beautiful view from the terrace. However, the overall service and hospitality need serious improvement. Wouldn’t recommend it for those expecting smooth service and basic comforts.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and it was a fairly average experience. The check-in process was bit time taking, but thhe staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was decently clean, though it didn’t feel as fresh or modern as i had hoped. Even the basic amenities like glass bucket were not provided in a private room. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, which was definitely a plus. Overall, the stay could have been better with the price i paid since nothing really stood out to make it exceptional. It met my needs, but i’m not sure i’d return unless i needed a quick, no-frills place to stay. Food review- one of the best thing i would say was the food
