聖域都市庇護所 (The Sanctuary Urban Retreat)

Great service, very clean and staff were excellent

To start, my husband and I just got back from a 永安 to Florence so we were on the train for a bit and had to take a taxi to this hotel. When I got there, about 3 hours prior to our check-in, the woman at the front desk said that our room wasn't ready, we were okay with this seeing as they were able to hold our bags, and she said they would text us once the room was ready. I asked if there was a restroom we could use in the meantime seeing as we were traveling all morning and I was about to burst. Nope. None. I was in a hotel and they had no restrooms that I could use. After all, we were spending around $700 dollars for 2 nights, and I couldn't even so much use a restroom. She let me know that if I took "a left and another left, there are many things around". We walked almost a mile to a nearby park to use the toilet. Such a huge inconvenience so you can imagine how livid I was. We eventually went back at around 130pm this point and sure enough our room had been ready--they just never let us know. Once we were settled in our room we noticed a few issues. The first was there was someones hair on the wall in our bathroom, the second there was a piece of the door frame hanging off the door, some wall in the bathroom was also chipped, and the baseboards were tore up. The towels smelled like mildew, like they had been left in the washer for awhile as well. I noticed this when I had finished drying myself, my body smelled of the towel. As far as noise, every time someone would open or close their door, we would hear this. Every time someone would close their door, our door to our room would shake. Also, when we tried watching our tv, we noticed that often the channel would switch or we would be logged out of our Youtube account. Turns out, whatever our neighbor was watching, seemed to effect what we watched too, and the tv would often switch over to their Youtube account. I would have expected this from a 2 star hotel, not a 4. This is completely unsat for how much we paid and I wouldn't stay here again. Fortunately, this was the end of our honeymoon 永安. The one thing I could say was that the cooks were very personably when we went to the complimentary breakfast. We ordered eggs and bacon and didn't know we would be charged until we checked out and got a bill. The brown menu in the room does not specify a price. Lastly, if you stay here, make sure both room keys work.

酒店真的鬧中取靜 環境超好 裝修也風格很特別

房間環境倒是不錯的，就是早餐太差了衹有麪包和不知道怎麼吃的貌似酸奶吧，然後我們看隔壁桌點了煎蛋和沙拉以為免費就説我們也要那個，和我老公住了三晚吃了三點的煎蛋早餐，走的時候才告訴我們是收費的一共吃了84歐

I think it's one of the best room you can get with this price, very classy and with great location, the room is huge and the reception is very nice

設施：不錯 衞生：不錯 環境：不錯 就是位置在山坡上有一點點累走路去公交或者地鐵
