Stanza con moquette sporca bagno con impronte di scarpe sporche sul pavimento e water con macchie di urina. Deludente!!!

Mattress quality is very bad. Can feel the spring. Location is bad as very difficult to get any taxi.

Amazing and easy check in. Room was clean and spacious. Price was affordable and reasonable. Would definitely come back if we visit Rome again. Great location and free parking out the front.

Definitely doesn’t worth money. The floor was dirty, the cleaning was not appropriate (for ex.: long hair on the bed sheet and in the bathroom). Also there was a mold in the bathroom, the curtains were damaged, the lamp cover was dirty. Ventilation was too loud to sleep with, thanks god we could open the window. Rude and arrogant reception, smell of tobacco on the floor, noise from the nearest room (between us and the nearest room was only the connecting door). Good point is there is the bus stop to the metro station near the hotel. It takes ~30 min to get to metro from there.

總體性價比還可以，是個正經的美居，裝修很old style，空調聲音有點大，但總體舒適度哈可以。早餐有點簡單，不過價格也不是很高，可以接受。

位置相當偏遠，附近有公交車，需要耐心等待。酒店設施齊全，乾淨衞生，價格也還算可以。早餐品種一般，入住率很高，團隊客居多。

Very very bad experience!!!! air conditioning doesn’t work the carpet smells very bad and the bed are horrible not comfortable at all. We could not sleep all night even breakfast not too good. When we went to reception, they get upset probably they don’t like foreigners.

La prenotazione prevedeva una junior suite con un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto essendone adulti e due bambini di 7 e 9 anni che da regolamento avrebbero dormito gratis nei letti gia presenti. l'albergo mi ha fatto trovare una suite con un solo letto matrimoniale e senza nessun divano letto. Dicendo che l'errore è stato fatto dall.agenzia e non da loro. Il personale alla reception è stato molto sgarbato e arrogante rimproverando che questo succede quanto si prenota con l'agenzia e non direttamente con loro, inoltre dalle 23.00 che siamo arrivati in albergo siamo ŕiusciti ad entrare in una camera abbastanza malmessa solo alle 00.30. Infine un accaduto che mi ha lasciato molto perplesso, che mi fa pensare che il livello di attenzione verso la pulizia che hanno non è dei migliori, quando ci hanno cambiato la stanza ci hanno chiesto se avevamo sporcato la prima stanza e se la dovevano pulire. Dovrebbe essere una cosa obbligatoria quando un estraneo entra in una camera. Ringrazio invece il personale di Servizio che la sera/notte è stato molto garbato disponibile al fine di risolvere il problema. Il personale di sala che ha accolto le nostre esigenze durante la colazione che risulta varia ed abbondante Per quanto riguarda la camera che ci è stata successivamente assegnata il bagno era un po malmesso con macchie di muffa intorno la vasca/doccia. Spifferi dalla porta che dava su un corridoio esterno. Inoltre ringrazio la società 永安 che appena ha saputo dell accaduto mi ha chiamato per scusarsi e per verificare il disguido.

房間寬敞，設施全。酒店大堂氣派，外觀風景很不錯。還提供免費接送機場服務。這點在羅馬很難得。附近1公里步行就到家樂福超市，可購買東西帶回國。
