很好 便宜 前台很友善 check out的時候忘記了一件東西 前台很快就安排找到了 地點很好 就在火車站走路10分鐘

不太安全 住單間半夜被人撬門 還好是在永安訂的 直接找了24小時客服 她們網上在和我溝通 才勉強住了一晚 後來換到4人間 房間比較寬敞 衞生間也還可以 這裏去機場大巴比較方便 但周圍街道流浪人很多 不太安全 早上可以步行去機場大巴 大約10分鐘 不推薦女生住這裏 沒有廚房 不能煮東西

I really enjoyed my stay at Generator Rome. The hostel was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with comfortable rooms and great common areas. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It’s a great place to stay if you’re visiting Rome — highly recommend

The hostel is quite central, very close to the transport hub, but it's on the 'other' side of the sights. Other reviews say that it's in a 'sketchy' area, this is true, there is a lot of graffiti around the hostel, but I personally saw no trouble at all, felt safe at all times. The hostel itself was clean and welcoming from the outside. Under my bed sheet there was blood, which was a bit unsettling, I didn't raise the issue, as I doubt anything could be done. Some staff are helpful, some definitely are not, the night-time staff are moody, daytime were fine. The roof top bar was closed, only open during the summer months apparently. I personally felt the bar area needed a bit more atmosphere, it was never busy throughout my 4 nights there, I feel the hostel may have missed a trick there. Overall, it was a good hostel, not perfect, but you get what you paid for. The rooms were tidy and well maintained. I had no issues with the 3 other strangers in my room. Would I stay at this hostel again? Yes, as it was good value for money, in a central location, but certain staff definitely need to be more approachable and not loo .as though they will phone in sick the next day.

Hostel niedrogi i zadbany z miłą obsługą oraz blisko dworca Termini i ulubionej bazyliki papieża Franciszka, w której jest zresztą pochowany. Ja tam polecam i pewnie odwiedzę znowu \m/

離車站約10分內的路程，四人房很大，兩間衞浴設備在房內，有兩個窗戶，很幸運我的床位靠近桌子和長椅，讓我整理東西很方便，我住過最大的四人房，下次回羅馬一定再入住！讚啦！！

非常不滿意。首先，這裏除了呼吸不要錢外，其他任何東西或項目都要錢，就連最基本的冷水熱水飲用水都要錢（儘管在再三要求下會給你提供一小杯，但不情不願的樣子像是欠了他們家鉅債似的）；其次，床沒有床簾！沒有床簾！沒有床簾；還有就是，行李寄存是收費的，而且巨貴，衹有2小時、6小時和24小時三種可供選擇，三種時間的小包分別是2歐、4歐、8歐，大包是3歐、6歐、10歐，屬於比較貴的（我一路上去了好幾個國家，如果是入住的客人都會免費提供行李寄存，衹有這家沒有免費提供，需要收費寄存）。距離上，這家店離羅馬中央火車站也並不算很近，實際步行十七八分鐘的樣子，不遠不近，公交沒有，衹能步行；最後，所處街區不太安全的樣子，有巨多黑人和印度人，晚上三五成羣的黑人在街上嬉戲打鬧、遊蕩，安全性沒那麼高。

房間乾淨整潔，衞生間和洗浴間是分開的，比較寬敞～ 這裏交通便利，距離車站和地鐵站都很近。一樓有收費行李寄存🛅就是在天黑後儘量走大路，小路上感覺很奇怪也有人擺攤賣東西。

Check in/out都很快捷，房間算大，有很多掛衣物的位置。接待處又係coffee bar，放便每天要飲咖啡的我，又經濟2.5歐。有一日9:00要到羅馬鬥獸場，很趕沒有時間食早餐，職員竟然送給我們兩份早餐盒（有水、三文治、蘋果及小食），真的很驚喜又喎心。

A bit expensive. The location is okay but it is not near to central train station for metro. I like the rooftop bar, it is so chilled. The bathroom and toilet is clean. There is no curtain so no privacy at all. The staff are friendly and helpful, teaching me how to buy a metro ticket jn Rome. An average generator hostel I would said. Yes generator is a chain-brand hostel so the quality would be definitely okay.
