‼️‼️체크인 시간 넘어서 도착하면 현금으로 30유로 내야 합니다. 처음에 사장님이랑 연락이 안되서 밖에서 20분정도 기다렸어요. 사장님은 매우 친절 하신데 입구에 어떤 벨을 눌러야하는지도 모르겠고 추가 요금 받는게 말이 안되네요

I received a message asking my arrival timing, as I cannot confirm thus I replied roughly 4pm since site indicated check-in 10am - 6pm. However, when I arrived at 3.15pm there is no one when I pressed the door bell, when I called them through WhatsApp, I was told to wait for 1 hour. I wrote in to try cancelling immediately and at 5.34pm received an email that cancellation is not possible. Pls don't indicate the whole duration of check in if you cannot fulfill, if you send message asking for timing of arrival, pls also mention that if you are early, expect to wait.

You need to connect to hotel before you arriving and tell them the exact time. When i came there were nobody to meet me and open the door and I had to call to all tel numbers😬 then wait for 20 min. If forget about this case , everything was nice , close to termini station, clean room. Also they have some deal with cafe close to apartment and you can have coffee and croissant for breakfast, but if you want to seat at the table needed to be paid for 3 euro extra ))
