豐塔納羅馬酒店 (Hotel Fontana)

This room is what I would expect Chungking Mansion in HK would look like. I paid almost US$500 gir one night for the worst room I've ever lived in, in my entire life and that is no joke. From the moment I checked in and with the guy's attitude I knew it would be absolutely rubbish. The card won't open the room door and I had to go down to re register it. Then once inside the lights flickered on/off with a buzzing sound from the electricity. I dare not turn it on. Then the bed, it was 150cm wide while 永安 advertised it as 180cm. The towel had dried blood marks. The room floor tiles were missing. The windows were boarded up. The a/c had no control. I had to go to the reception to ask him to turn it down as the phone did not work. The a/c was blasting directly at the bed. The toilet floor tiles were yellow stained, possibly urine. The shower curtain was moldy. I understand it's an old building but this was dilapidated! I asked  the guy to change the room and he said he couldn't understand English. But I know he spoke it as he gave it away several times. The curtains and bed skirting material must have been from the 1970s and never washed. The bed linen was off white. The pillows had been used for years and were flat as pancake. My girlfriend and I had checked in late at 10.30pm and he gave us the worst room ever. We didn't sleep and sat up all night and left immediately in the morning forgoing breakfast. Oh and initially he said we could only pay in cash for the city tax of €12 but after all night communicating with 永安 (which was probably an AI) somehow they convinced the hotel to accept credit card for this tax as they were ok in the morning. This room is 104. I am not joking about all this. 永安 is giving me a 100% refund. This totally ruined our holiday in room!! Avoid this place at all cost! Btw I've been trying to post the pics here but 永安 seems to be blocking me.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Staff was friendly, room was spacious and amazing and views was worth it! Would highly recommend and definitely come back to stay again. Lovely women working in the breakfast rooftop. She was really kind and made our 永安 better. Thank you

房間在許願池正對面，非常的方便 幾乎24小時人頭攢動，應該來説是一個比較繁華，但是又嘈雜的地方 如果説要在許願池打卡的，那這個地方肯定是最完美的了，餐廳也能看到這個許願池 衹能説這個地方寸土寸金，它的價格和在國內的星級水平肯定是有較大落差的，但好在還算乾淨，衞生間也比較明亮

Location could not have been better. Friendly check in and nice breakfast. I will stay here again.

酒店位置便利，服務熱情周到，房間乾淨舒適，床品柔軟好睡。窗戶就可以看到許願池，十分推薦！下次還會再來！

Perfect location and good service and view was stunning from the cafe on roof top towards Trevi fountain. I would recommended this to everyone in Rome first time. Best place to stop at.

我們撰這間酒店是方便下樓便到羅馬噴泉打卡影相，但酒店位置要拖著一大一細行李勁吃力，因為石仔路，男士好些，可惜房間真的太細，幸好有窗可以望著噴泉欣賞，但不滿意是餐廳職員態度一般，由於我們想飲熱水，亦想用暖水壺裝水出街，但職員面色非常不滿，冬天我都想飲些熱水，但店舖只有咖啡朱古力是熱，很難會有，理應酒店可供應，房間已經沒有水煲，而且我租這間房不是平價的，都要港幣二千多元一晚，還住上數天⋯⋯見議早餐可以外出吃
