Located close to main attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, and 2 stops away from Roma Termini where one can catch trains to other parts of Italy or the airport express! Staff were very friendly and approachable, and easily contactable via Whatsapp even before the stay! The shared pantry area was also much appreciated for the free coffee/tea/juice/biscuits

The bar that has free access to food, coffee and tea anytime of the day was nice. Bed was so comfy and I want to buy a memory foam now.

Mooi hotel in centrum. Schoon, alles volgens plan en goed geregeld. Minpuntje is dat de kamers qua geluidsisolatie niet optimaal zijn. Geluid van de douche of normale gesprekken van aansluitende kamers was teveel te horen.

The hotel is very cozy and comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful, they responded to our questions quickly and even helped us call a taxi when we needed it. The location is perfect, very close to major attractions like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps — we could walk to almost everything! I’ve already recommended this hotel to my friends, and if I ever visit Rome again, this hotel will be the first place I think of. Truly a gem in the heart of the city — clean, quiet, safe, and full of warmth. Thank you to the whole team for making our 永安 so special!
