La prima camera assegnata non aveva il bidè, nonostante fosse mostrato chiaramente nelle foto ufficiali. Dopo aver segnalato tutto a 永安 mi è stata assegnata un’altra stanza con il bidè, ma sporco di feci. Una situazione a dir poco indecente e inaccettabile per qualsiasi struttura alberghiera. L’unico aspetto positivo è stato il supporto di 永安,ma il livello di pulizia, trasparenza e affidabilità dell’hotel è gravemente insufficiente. Non tornerò e non consiglio questa struttura a nessuno.

My daughter and I had a deeply disappointing experience during our stay. As Filipino English speakers, we felt completely unsupported by the staff. When we asked for assistance in booking a taxi at checkout, we were told to try finding one ourselves first—and only if we couldn’t manage would they step in. It was incredibly stressful, especially in a foreign country. Thankfully, a kind Filipino guest who spoke Italian intervened and asked the front desk on our behalf. Without her help, we would have been stranded. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because my parents, who are part of a pilgrimage group from the Philippines, were booked here. We live in the UK and hadn’t seen them in many months, so this 永安 meant a lot to us. We hoped to share some meaningful time together during meals. However, when I asked if we could sit with my parents at dinner—even offering to order from the à la carte menu—the staff refused and placed us at a table far away. It felt cold and inconsiderate, especially given the circumstances. We weren’t asking for special treatment—just a small act of kindness so we could be near loved ones we rarely get to see. Sadly, what should have been a warm and meaningful family reunion was overshadowed by the lack of empathy and hospitality shown by the staff. This experience left us truly disheartened.

Ottima posizione per potersi muovere agevolmente nella città di Roma.  Tuttavia è da segnalare la sicuramente migliorabile pulizia e in particolare modo il soffitto del bagno... Inoltre non usciva acqua calda e abbiamo dovuto smanettare un po' con la manopola della doccia. Tutto il resto nella norma.

環境衞生設施各方面都不錯，但是位置有點偏，到梵蒂岡城公交20多分鐘，去其他景點還要轉地鐵，如果價格不是特別划算，建議選A線地鐵站周邊的比較方便
