Service moyen. Petit déjeuner à revoir en totalité. Boissons chaudes  sans saveur. Boissons froides insipides. Pas de diversification de pain. Choix global largement inférieur aux quatre autres hôtels réservés par vos soins

I love their clean, spacious, modern, refurbished rooms, bathroom was really well equipped with a good shower and the best hairdryer I have ever seen in any hotel. Their lift is over a century old but still works well and adds character to this hotel. Just on the next corner, there is a cute cafe with good coffee and a broad variety of pastries, with a free sparkling/still water dispenser. Reception and housekeeping staff speak perfect English and are super professional and courteous. I am already looking forward to stay here again on my next 永安s to Rome! I will be back to stay.

It is a good hotel in a perfect location and it is affordable as well. If I ever go back to Rome, probably I will stay in the same place. The employees working at the reception are super helpful

El hotel tiene una ubicación buena para ir al vaticano pero no muy buena para lo demás. El personal es encantador y muy servicial pero las habitaciones son muy antiguas y están bastante deterioradas. El “gimnasio” no puede ni catalogarse como tal y no había ni agua de cortesía en el frigorífico. Además no es que sea un hotel barato, la relación calidad-precio es muy mala. No repetiría estancia.
