Nightmare! Was told on arrival that there is a change. They even mention 永安 was informed but I received no email or call. I was directed to a place walking 5min to a dilapidated building call domus pietro inn at via cola di rienzo 243. Very bad facilities with missing room window pane,aircon and toilet bowl flush that doesn't work properly, NO 24by7 customer lobby service (only whatsapp and you are on your own after midnight to 9am), need 4 manual door keys to reach room with 2 doors needing extra force to push in at times,loose screw to one of the door handle that would potentially trap guest in, heater not working at all.All these for ＞ usd1000 for 5 nites..felt like a day light robbery! Imagine the stress guest feel on the safety of the inn ? How can I seek redress ?
