Soso not bad every thing is fine but room was so small no enough space but other things was fine

Worst hotel ever been. Don’t just get it booked by seeing the uploaded photos in the booking platforms its a rigid room where you don’t get a space to walk in the room. I just booked it because its under the partnership with Hilton. Nevertheless it became a troma that you locked in a container. Better to opt travellodge rather than wasting money here

It was good.

Rooms are quite small. No desk or chair (or even any other objects) to work on. I even requested an ironing board to put my computer on, but the staff never brought it to my room as they’d promised. Very inconvenient for a business traveler who needs to do work. Location is alright, far from the center but easy access from the train station directly outside.

Desafortunadamente no estamos contentos con nuestra estadía en el hotel, nos costó unas 80 libras cada noche, la habitación es muy pequeña, hay que caminar como cangrejos para ir a tu lado de la cama, y nosotros no somos realmente grandes corporalmente, así que tampoco lo recomiendo para personas con discapacidad o ancianos. Había telarañas dentro de la habitación, limpiamos 2 pero dejamos una para que los del hotel puedan verla. Teníamos para preparar café, pero sin kettel, por lo que no pudimos utilizarlo. Por último y peor, el baño, había agua en la mesa y en el suelo la primera noche, además de basura, suponemos de los pasajeros anteriores, había una caja de pañuelos que estaba vacía, creo que era mejor quitarla a dejarla vacía. El hotel proporciona suministros para ducharte pero la botella de shampoo estaba vacía por lo que tuvimos que lavarnos el cabello con el jabón de ducha, además la puerta de la ducha no cerraba bien, por lo que todo el agua se iba hacia afuera, limpiamos como pudimos pero creo que todo esto es inaceptable para el tipo de hotel que se ofrece.

Terrible, dirty hotel with tiny rooms. Checked into the room and the bin was full of rubbish, underneath the bed was filthy as well as the balcony. Additionally, there were no basic toiletries provided—specifically, no shower gel or soap. Went down to reception to ask for soap / shower gel and they told me they don't have any as they are waiting on the order coming from America! What a joke.

房間太小，整個房間都被一個床佔據，箱子都沒地方放。如有2個以上箱子，更麻煩。不過酒店傍就是地鐵，出行方便。同樣酒店，在市區，價格就翻倍。比較好的配置是放一個單人床，適合一人旅行。

There were lots of bits on the floor so it felt like the room hadn't been hoovered. Apart from this minor issue, there was nothing remarkable about our stay.

The best locations with great and clean facilities, the price is reasonable also they give top services

很遺憾這家酒店本沒有這麼差的評分，但退房的員工打破了一切美好。 酒店衞生條件一般，木地板上還有上個客人的污漬沒有打掃乾淨，浴室洗髮水是放在外面的洗手枱上，浴室放着洗手液，低級錯誤。 退房時一切都變了，我又收藏房卡的喜歡，我告訴工作人員想收藏我的房卡，她問我為什麼，工作人員説你已經退房了房間和房卡都不屬於你，我説所有我和你説我要收藏房卡，衹是收藏不做其它用途，她又問為什麼反覆拉扯最後她自己還生氣了，如果酒店有規定房卡不能給那你直説就好，你問我為什麼要收藏，那我肯定告訴你理由，最後你作為員工還生氣了，用生氣的口吻問我説什麼語言還用手指指我，這就是貴酒店的服務標準，我希望得到你們酒店的答覆，我並不生氣你不給我房卡，我生氣作為希爾頓酒店居然會出現去指責客人的情況，我很遺憾，如果你告訴我有規定不能拿房卡，我肯定直接就會走，而且我是詢問不是直接拿走，你們的員工就用對待小偷的方式對待住了2晚的客人，我非常憤怒。
