장기로 투숙하기에 아주 적당한 위치였습니다. 시설과 위생은 살짝 아쉬웠지만 가격대비 어쩔 수 없는 부분입니다. 또 터키에서 오셨다고 하는 프론트 남자 직원분의 따뜻한 환대와 친절한 서비스가 기억에 남습니다.

We had a nice stay here - the staff are very friendly and efficient (especially the room servicing staff) and the rooms were clean, well-furnished, large and had a very welcome and sunny balcony! I also appreciated the location and beautiful surrounding beaches and coast. Thank you for an enjoyable vacation. I have a few minor and constructive criticisms that would make me give a 5-star review if they are addressed: - We didn’t have a ‘do not disturb’ sign for our door so got a visit at 09:15 from a very kind and apologetic member of room servicing staff while still in bed! Please provide these in future. - Please allow guests to leave pool towel deposits on the final bill or by card rather than cash only - I understand the reason and am happy to leave a €10 deposit and €1.50 daily charge for pool towels, but it is very frustrating for guests who do not carry cash! - Please move the speaker playing the constant music to the other side of the pool. I appreciate you want guests to enjoy the atmosphere (and it’s fun when you’re by the pool!), but it can also be disturbing for others in their rooms.

Das Haus ist gut, die Zimmer gepflegt und ein besonders netter Rezeptionist. Essen hatten wir nicht und das Angebot scheint auch überschaubar zu sein. Zur Selbstversorgung ist es super geeignet. Liegt etwas auf dem Berg und man braucht vom Centrum zu Fuß 30 Minuten.

We arrived at past midnight to meet an elderly receptionist who refused to let my 7yr old stay. For almost an hour we were stuck at reception. Tired and now stressed. They then insisted on holding my daughter’s passport ( as though we would pay to stay in a hotel for four nights and run away after one night). That act alone was INSULTING!. First thing in the morning they kept calling to ask for an extra €48 to let my kid stay. Please note that on the 永安 site it says kids under 12 stay for free and the room was large enough for two adults and a child. There was a sofa bed. Clearly this €48 was more important to them than courtesy. There were better ways to handle this. The money was paid by me. I was very very displeased.

Отель находится в красивом округе Санта Понса - горы, зелень, море. Номера просторные и есть балкон. Спокойный район ( можно поспать ночью). На территории отеля два бассейна -взрослый и для детей , есть анимация. Пешком за 15-17 минут можно дойти до пляжа . Рядом есть магазины , кафе. Из минусов : нет кофемашины 🥲 Оплата на территории отеля/в кафе только картой. Постельное белье было с запахом сырости. Если вы покидаете комнату , то перестает работать холодильник ( поэтому просите вторую магнитную карту, иначе еда в холодильнике испортиться).

Très beau hôtel, conviviale… la ville est sympa. J’y retournerais 😻
