房間很大，設備齊全，酒店職員友善。停車場出入口較不方便，直接通往停車場的出入口被封上，落雨天十分不方便。

用水壺煲水的時候水會濺到到處都是。而且房間內有蜘蛛。有的插頭是用不到的。房間倒是頗大。泊車地方足夠。

價格尚可，加NZ 20元可以獲得房間upgraded, 在FO一個trainee 同事幫忙下住了一間有露台及較寧靜房間！ 傢俬有點舊，但可接受！

I stayed at this hotel recently. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to transportation and restaurants. However, the breakfast buffet was just average, nothing special. Also, the room wasn’t as clean as I expected; it could have been better maintained. Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay if location is your main priority, but the cleanliness and breakfast quality could use some improvement.

The overall experience was very disappointing. The service desk was always occupied since there was only one staff member available, which made check-in and any requests very time-consuming. The biggest issue was the hot water kettle in the room—it was in terrible condition, with visible dirt and stains. I needed to boil water for my baby, but it was impossible to use safely. This was a nightmare and left me very dissatisfied with the stay.

預訂時，要求高樓層和遠離電梯，酒店都答應，但是到後衹給安排一樓房間，而且對着一樓的入門，所有一層的住客都要從這進，旅行團和旅客大呼小叫，答應了就把客人騙來，然後不兌現，這就是這家酒店人品有問題。酒店很老舊，服務差。

Room was big and spacious, slightly dated decor. Great location central and easy to get around. Gym was good but air con not strong. Fire alarm woke us at 2am where everyone evacuated for an hour. Not the hotel's fault but signs were not clear where the fire exits were. The entry from car park is ground floor so could be quite noisy if you had a room on that level.

The pictures online are deceptive because the room was old. We had no hot water for hours and reception kept telling us to wait, so we slept without showering. Reception asked me how it was at checkout and we told them the truth but they didn't do anything about it. No microwave or kitchen facilities. Parking lot on the outside unsecured.

老酒店了，就在賽馬場邊上，環境尚可。前台服務人員多為印度人，服務一般。酒店有免費停車場，這對自駕遊很重要。我們住在地面層，房間寬敞，但房間傢俱及設施老舊，有冰箱，燈少且暗，尤其是插座太少，床頭就沒有插座，這很不方便。新西蘭酒店的床普遍偏軟，不舒服。
