浴室淋浴花灑不能調節，洗澡不太方便，其他方面還行，畢竟是背包客酒店，要求不能太高。

位置非常好（距離超市很近；附近有很多餐廳及咖啡廳）👍 餐廳、衞浴乾淨整潔、東西齊全；員工親切友善 一樓廚房沒有窗戶，比較悶熱

步行3分鐘就是下車點i-SITE，如果到時跟去Waiotapu的接駁車也是這裏上車，步行幾分鐘就是政府公園和泡温泉的Polynesian Spa了，附近也很多餐廳，還有個華人超市，旅館有公共廚房可以自己煮飯，設施很齊全，工作人員和住客也挺友好的

Location is excellent with lot of cafes and restaurants. I took the Intercity coach which dropped off at the tourist information site. From there it is a less than 5 minutes straight walk and then turning right to reach the hostel. Very friendly and helpful receptionist however do note it is closed at 6pm. Toilet and shower areas are very clean despite huge group during my stay. Shower gel and towel are provided which is great for me. I stayed in private single room which is good enough for me. Have kitchen with fridges, microwaves, stoves , utensils, pans , cleaning soap…… paid washing machines. U can parked your luggage after checkout for free. Walking distance to Rotorua Central Mall which has a food court and McDonald n KFC for slightly cheaper meal options. Entrance to hostel are always locked with passcode thus felt safe . I will definitely stay there if I am in Rotorua.

good location-- near a lot of shops. Free parking in front of the building but only until 9am. If you want to park in the building, parking fee is $5. Good stay overall.

We stayed 3 nights in a private room at Rock Solid. The first room we got assigned was just below the lounge area and given the walls are so thin it really seemed like a group of people was in our room. The manager was very nice and moved us into a different room- walls still thin but at least in a different location vs the first room. The common areas are big and clean + you get 50% discount on the climbing wall gym which we used!

ロトルア市內の真ん中に位置しており、ロケーションが良かったです。 共通のキッチンが混み合うときがありましたが、ソファやラウンジなどもあり自由に使えました。 二段ベッドの上に柵がなく、上に上る階段が急で怖かったです。 受付のお兄さんがとってもフレンドリーでした！

挺不錯的背包旅館。正好鍛鍊小孩出行能力。可以很晚到，用密碼箱拿鑰匙。附近很安全，我半夜11點多到那裡也沒問題。按指導的郵件順利拿到鑰匙。作為青旅的獨立房間，有乾淨的床，架子，加熱器。我覺得可以接受的條件。
