價格很平價，離火車站很近，走路7分鐘。我住6人背包房，房間內有浴室廁所、吹風機、洗髮精沐浴乳。床包自己鋪，是乾淨的。 早餐€12非常豐盛，有火腿、蔬菜、起司、優格、烤麵包機、水煮蛋、3款麵包吐司、多合一咖啡機、紅茶包、牛奶，多種果汁，煎餅機，很推薦。 可以免費寄放行李，服務人員非常友善。 公共空間座位很多，咖啡機咖啡每杯€2.5，熱開水免費！

床不好睡很硬，燈不夠亮，衞生ok，但沒有咖啡那些東西，位置算中心，服務還行，設施大部分都有，基本過關的

住了兩晚，一家四口book左兩張單人床，一張bunk bed（一上一下）四人房。.位置唔算市中心。火車站出要行大約10-15分鐘。不過以不足80歐元可以租到四張床在鹿特丹價錢算好好。而且佢有露台仲有浴缸。清潔都做得幾好唔見有明顯污漬。歐洲來說算係抵住

房間裏面有一股怪味，不知道是不是因為時間長了，所以有沒有可能是因為其它原因，這狗還是相當不錯的，不知道味道怎麼樣

I booked a single room for myself. I arrived early so gave them my luggage to put in their storage room, to my bad luck it was stored on the top shelf, with sharp edges (there is a padding usually, but on this specific shelf they put my bag on it was not there! so the sharp edge pierced through my suitcase and create a nice hole in it! So annoying!! Also everything in the room reminds you you're in budget place, the bathroom door in my door and the wall had some writings, they never bothered to repaint these. The window does not properly close and has no lock mechanism, but they assume given that my room was not on the street it's ok to leave it like that. They use "mattress covers" as bed sheet, while usually most other hotels/hostel have soft sheets for comfort on top of the mattress cover that serves as a protection for the mattress (usually spill proof, etc). The people are nice, tho can't complain about them, also you might be luckier and end up in a better room, so my personal experience with the hotel overall and the facilites was mediocre, but it might depend on your luck.

Au niveau propreté c’est un peu laisser sur le coté, le mobilier passe encore mais aucun câble pour charger mon téléphone prêt du lit car cassé j’ai trouver une prise en dessous du lit mais difficile d’accès, à part ça le personnel a répondu à la plus grande partie de mes attentes, et l’hôtel est situer dans un quartier pas super agréable par apport à la fréquentation mais se situe parfaitement bien car nous accédons facilement au centre ville entre 15-30 min à pieds tout y est. J’ai trouvé un petit coin sympa avec de l’eau super pour se reposer pas loin de l’hôtel.

Worth the money, was only here overnight so ideal, lack of any storage in room far from ideal, no lockers but you could store behind reception if needed, I didn’t get there till 11 pm so just put my bag beside my head as I was getting up early anyway but not convenient if staying more than that

酒店距離車站14分鐘路程，只有混合房間，而且第一晚突然被開門，前台帶了一名女士來換房間（因為她同伴是傷殘人士），體驗十分糟糕，連同房的住客也覺得他們很滋擾（最後他們換到並同住3天）。酒店的處理手法需要改善，不應該讓住客打擾到其他住客（有點感受到被情緒勒索）。 房間也不算衞生，最後一天突然眼睛敏感。
