酒店位於薩斯費中心，清晨陽台拍攝的景色宜人，日照金山有點意思。酒店設施好，泳池看上去很美。也提供接送服務，但不問他們不會主動説。酒店早餐冷熱食品種還算多的，味道尚可。酒店雖提供賓客卡，但需注意防坑，因為他們不會告知該卡坐纜車遊覽的時間非常有限，如午後到達，得抓緊趕快去坐纜車，儘管賓客卡上註明時間是2天。

Gute Lage mitten im Dorfkern. Freundlicher und netter Service. Sehr schönes Bad- & Spa. Sehr gutes Restaurant und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit ordentlichem Bad, leider sehr kleine Duschkabine.

Unforgettable Stay with Outstanding Service! it was hands down one of the best experiences of my life. The service was beyond amazing—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The facilities were top-notch, from the impeccably maintained rooms to the luxurious amenities available throughout the property. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort. Breakfast was a highlight of the 永安—delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes. It was the perfect start to every morning.

Accueil exceptionnel par Sydney , tout le personnel est charmant , au bar , au restaurant…surclassement offert , chambre magnifique avec vue sur le glacier ,très bien agencée avec des WC séparés, cafetière Nespresso dans la chambre ,petit déjeuner extra, seul bémol le café n’est pas en libre service, il faut le demander aux serveurs . Là partie Saunas est bien , il manque quelques fruits et boissons à disposition. Dans l’ensemble tout est parfait

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti al Walliserhof. La prima stanza assegnataci dava su un cantiere e abbiamo chiesto di cambiare. Siamo stati sistemati in un altra stanza, silenziosa ma al pianoterra, perciò un po’ buia ma spaziosa e silenziosa. Bella la palestra e la zona piscina SPA. Avevamo solo la colazione, e non è al altezza di un albergo 5 stelle. Ogni mattina, le stesse cose, sopra tutto per il pane, poca scelta e panini precotti anemici. Per il resto plateau di formaggi, affettati e prodotti che non mangiamo a colazione ( salmone affumicato e filetti di pesce) buoni i yogurt e i crissants integrali. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non ottimale. Tassa di soggiorno elevata CHF 7 al giorno ma permette di usufruire della gratuità sui mezzi di trasporto ( bus e telecabine della regione

感謝職員為我們upgrade房間，站在露台便能欣賞Matterhorn 美景，很開心。 房間寬敞，有自助備餐處，爐具和煮食用具齊備，很適合滑雪人士入住。浴室非常乾淨，有浴缸可浸浴，也有公用的泳池和Spa，可惜沒有早一點check-in，下次一定要早一點來享受一下 位置極佳，距離火車站需4分鐘路程，推着行李箱也很容易走到。距離Gornergrat 和 Sunnegga 車站都是步行距離，門口有巴士站可到Metterhorn Glacier Paradise 纜車站。 早餐非常豐富，而且好味。 這次入住，真是物超所值👍🏼
