I wouldn't recommend midtowner extremely unprofessional misleading. Awaken by bed bugs took video and pictures. management has very limited hospitality skills and didn't refund my money. No compensation or consideration to the horrible experience of being around bed bug.just not a good experience. I'm disabled it could find to a wheelchair and they moved me to a room where I can't even get in the bathroom. I will be contacting Best western's corporate office

Decent rooms . New bathrooms . Way, Way to much chemical use in cleaning . Took hours of window open to be able to breathe in room. But the room was decent . The outside however is full of homeless and drug ******* walking through the hotels parking lot. Good actual room for price , but not real safe outside and i was wondering if my truck would be there in tact in the morning .

Attention..il faut demander le ménage si vous restez plus de deux jours..je n avais pas été prévenue, résultat chambre pas nettoyée, j ai du vider les poubelles moi même.Le gérant n a pas daigné m aider
