property is besides the Zirakpur -Shimla highway, they have parking on service road in front of the hotel. no dedicated space for parking. Rooms are very small and charges are quite high for such rooms and amenities. they say they have Resturant but it is not available, though the food is good . Also as per MMT rules guest have to collect GST invoice from hotel, and every hotel is providing the same accross India wherever i traveled, but this is the first property asking for 12%extra gst if they will generate invoice. i told him that I already paid taxes and charges to MMT and no hotel use to ask extra GST again, but they denied to give GST bill without that. MMT and property owner should resolve this as guest should not asked to pay GST twice.

The staff was very cooperative, warm & welcoming. The room was clean & had geyser facility , complimentary breakfast in room as per the menu, well run air condition. The location of the hotel is 15min from Chandigarh railway station & 15min from A m badminton hall as I came for badminton tournament. The location was ideal. The quality of the food was also good.

Not a nice experience, tv did not work despite repeated requests, to my utter shocking surprise, they do not even serve lunch, most of the menu items are not available. They only have the room which is quite spacious, other facilities are either not there or are very disappointing. Not recommended if u are looking for a nice hotel, it's an below average stay.

Quality service & and helpful staff .food was also so good. Amenities also provide on call basis recommended for visit.

Wasn’t expecting much but it was terrible for my low expectations as well. A lot of issues: 1) Extremely small room. Basically only a bed would fit in the room and there’s not even space to move. 2) No toiletries at all. I had to call for everything from towel to dental kit to slippers. 3) Bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty, had holes in them, had yellow stains. 4) The jet spray was leaking and did not work. 5) No supply of hot water at all. 6) You can hear fast moving trucks and other heavy vehicles all night because it is right next to the highway. 7) Charged me ₹40 for a water bottle which is usually for ₹20, this makes them look so cheap. Overall, its only worth ₹1,500 and nothing more. The staff isn’t the most helpful and I would not recommend to anyone.

The front desk staff were unhelpful and dismissive. When i raised concerns about the cleanliness and asked for assistance, they acted as though i was inconveniencing them.

Worst stay ever no staff available no hot water no management and rooms are in very poor conditions.

Room was bad as shown in the picture. Broken wardrobe, stains on the wall. Menu card oily. No water supply in the room. Terrible smell in the room. 1 st impression, found no one on the reception. While entering to the lift. I can see the kitchen room, on the floor water was spilled the first impression was very bad. They upgraded my room but it looks like cheap hotel. Over all experience was very bad. The length wise bed was small, i am 5’7” height but my foot was going out from the bed. Pathetic experience.

The room was not kept ready and it was SMALL... The bathroom was not clean. There were hair everywhere. there was no towel and water kept in the room. The breakfast buffet was a joke. there was nothing available till 8.30 am and that too we have to call and they will give option of 2-3 items. there was no plug points for kettle itself. TOTALLY fet disappointed by the room hygiene and facilities provided for the price I paid. Totally not worth the stay and will never book again
