定的房型是景觀房，給的低價位的普通房型，房間詳情表明是含水的，但是水一瓶也沒給，毫無服務可言，連續兩天一直有別人吃完飯的臟盤子放在我們門口。

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay as a family. The location is great — there’s a metro station right in front of the property, which makes getting around quite convenient. You’ll just need to make one transfer to reach most of the main central areas. The breakfast was tasty and offered a nice variety. The only thing that could be improved is the croissants, as they were a bit doughy inside — perhaps something to review for next time. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely choose this place again!

Een goed hotel. Een goed bed en aangrname badkamer. Lekker ontbijt. De kaart van de bistro mocht wel wat uitgebreider zijn aangezien er weinig leuke restaurantjes in de buurt zijn. Buiten het hotel voelde ik mij s avonds niet op mijn gemak door louche types die daar rond hingen

Muy buena atención de los recepcionistas, muy limpio, con muy buenas instalaciones, muy silencioso así es que se puede descansar excelentemente. Un poco alejado del centro pero el metro está justo enfrente del hotel, así es que es muy fácil llegar donde uno quiera.

I had a pleasant stay at the Novotel and found it to be a great hotel overall. However, I believe that adding a larger fridge in the rooms could significantly enhance the experience for guests staying longer. I would definitely recommend considering this improvement!
