Das stillvolle wunderschöne Anantara Hotel liegt direkt zm Meer. Das Personal sind absolut top freundlichen und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich so verwöhnt. Das Essen ist vielseitig und schmeckt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Хороший отель, людей мало, потому что стоимость высокая. Номера с балконами, большие. Очень хорошая кровать с матрасом, отличные подушки и постель. Приятно приветствие генерального менеджера на заставке ТВ). Много приятный моментов: холодные, влажные полотенца раздают гостям на пляже на лежаках, фрукты на полочке, чистка очков)
И завтрак и ужин отличные. В отличии от других 5* отелей, здесь из фруктов к арбузу, дыне, ананасу, есть еще ромбутаны и манго. Но зато на ужине не дают из напитком ничего кроме воды.
Есть СПА бесплатно, но надо заранее записываться по времени.
В море плавать невозможно из-за постоянных волн и сильного течения, остается только один неглубокий бассейн 1,2 м.
Вечером живая музыка в ресторане Al Mina (по меню).
Персонал всегда доброжелательный.
Огромное спасибо Palash, который меня проводил на такси.
Не понравилось:
Курят везде и на лежаках возле бассейна и на пляже целыми днями, а мы за чистым воздухом вообще-то на отдых едем.
И еще не понравилось, что в ресторане особым персонам большие тарелки наполненные фруктами мангустинами приносят и помогают в сумки с собой складывать, а другие гости даже попробовать их не могут, в общем доступе их нет.
Должно быть хорошее отношение ко всем гостям отеля!

В отеле очень хорошо работает основной ресторан,
Весь персонал от официантов до поваров. Очень старается русскоговорящая девушка на ресепшн Анна. Все остальные службы не оттренированы на работу в отеле 5 звезд. Путают куда что приносить, в каком номере должен быть торт. Отель полупустой, при этом сотрудники на ресепшен просят деньги за поздний выезд.

Al Baleed Resort has great location with miles of unspoilt white sand beach. Eating options are limited to only 3 restaurants.
The breakfast at the Salkana restaurant is extremely good with great service from all the staff. However, the dinner buffet for the Indian night was below average with some dishes that did NOT do justice to the Indian Cuisine. There is much room for improvement on food quality and taste.
The Al Mina restaurant (Mediterranean Cuisine) was very disappointing in terms of vegetarian options and general service. On one occasion we had to wait 40 minutes before even the bread & olive oil were brought to the table!

Overall one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Side note; I live in the UAE, where 5 stars hotel are really common.
The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, the beds super comfy and the washrooms are every woman's dream (lightning, mirrors and amouage amenities).
Staff is super attentive, accommodating and naturally friendly. They actually love what they do and we as guests can feel it's authenticity - which makes everything dining experience really special. The food was beyond delicious and the variety in the buffet made it hard to choose and even harder to not overeat.
Congratulations to the management and leadership of the hotel team - you truly do an amazing job.
I will definitely be back!
