I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent stay at Hotel Azaya Beach Resort Goa from 17th Feb'2026 to 20th Feb 2026 as a five-star establishment, I expected a level of cleanliness and professionalism that was unfortunately not met during my visit. Upon entering Room Number 2005, I encountered several issues that fell far below acceptable hygiene and service standards: Specifically, I encountered the following issues: Dirty Room Condition: The room overall was poorly maintained, including dirty curtains that appeared unwashed and stained. Bathroom Maintenance: The bathroom shower was in bad condition, Hygiene Issues: The wash basin was not properly cleaned upon check-in and it was chocked. These deficiencies significantly impacted my stay and are not reflective of the five-star service promised. I brought these to the attention of the front desk at but no adequate resolution was provided. After all these it was impossible for us to stay at hotel, so we checked out just after stay of one night

There is nothing much in the hotel except high prices to be paid on the name of 5 star property. There is hardly any arrangement to sit at the beach, there rooms are quite weirdly structured, no view from the rooms and property is deteriorating with every passing day. Buffet breakfast is not worth at all- they take exorbitant amount of time to serve you on the table after taking the order from live station. While the a la carte food at dinner is still fine. Their reservations staff is not cooperative specially person named frazaer and Shashank as they are not the person of their words and hardly know customer service. Other junior staff is still better and courteous enough. Mayur was better in managing and handling the client requests and situation. Overall, would not recommend this place to anyone who need to spend a good amount of money, suggest find other 5 star properties as they are much more value for money with better services and amenities. Please avoid if you like a happy goa 永安.
