Location is very good. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. They have a nice Swimming Pool which we unfortunately did not use. The breakfast spread was very elaborate and tasty

It's a well maintained heritage property. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The swimming pool is well maintained. Room service is good. Worth for money.

It's an old property. Maintenance is not good. Checkin time was 2 pm, we reached after 12 in the night, yet the room was not ready. The guy at the reception was offering us a lower category room. When i insisted on family room as per booking they made us wait for another 15 minutes saying the room is getting ready. Basic toiletry such as body lotion was not available, in-spite of requesting they very bluntly said it's not available.

Nice reception staffs and well guided - room are good with old wooden amenities-we had good atmosphere and Ex specially parking on car-we had good breakfast in the morning-totally value of money👍

Great hotel with palace like interiors. Felt like a royal family. The buffet breakfast was tasty and of high quality. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to salem
