Close proximity to railway station and bus stop, location is very suitable for travel. They have a good breakfast spread of tamil dosa, idli, pongal and the usual bread, eggs and juices. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. Some bathroom fittings were old and broken. Rest was good

The bathroom door lock got stuck as soon as we closed the door. When we tried to open it, the handle broke. Despite this, they still charged us for the damage. Additionally, the room was not fresh and had an unpleasant smell.

I choose this hotel based on their overall rating despite seeing reviews complaining about the reception staff and management. Overall the hotel is really worth the money paid. Reached the hotel easily which was just 5 mins from highway, rooms were spacious and clean. Food was good as well although price was a bit high. Talking about reception staff about whom many had complained about, yes they aren't as welcoming as other hotel staffs, they will just answer and get back to their work, but it's totally fine. I would definitely choose this hotel next time if I have to stay in Salem.

Pretty average hotel. Looks like a premium lodge. It’s not worth the kind of money you pay for. Price is in the luxury category but facilities are of a local lodge. Clean rooms, with no refrigerator no premium looks, not even a proper chair to sit. When you ask for drinking water, it’s given in a steel jug that you find in a lodge. Food average. Cost is premium. Overall disappointing. Will never book this at this price.

The hotel is located in a place from where one can have easy access to new bus stand and railway station and access to auto and bus services are just walkable distance. Complimentary buffet breakfast includes all the south indian dishes and changes the menu daily. We stayed three days and tried all the items and really enjoyed the menu. The hotel maintains hygiene of the highest order. They clean rooms everyday, 24 hours hot water supply. And timely response from our queries and very polite and helpful staff. Strongly recommend for anybody who would like to have a comfortable stay at a moderate tariff in salem.
