overall good experience.. specially the foods delicious. staff behaviour good . accessible to all the beach easily

overall a good experience. The hotel property is too old & even their things are also . The washrooms are not well equipped and some things are broken. The major issue is they don't serve food round the clock 10pm is last you can order from them or else you need to order from zomato Swiggy. when I Booked the room there was a microwave in the room but when we checked in there was no oven and fridge is also old and not maintained. they should increase breakfast items . most important thing I want to hilights that is please don't take any car or bike on rent from nr to the hotel the person who give cars and bike on rent who lives in hotel area only infact backside of hotel he is very very rude and arrogant person he don't have a manners that how to talk or handle the customer charges are high and unnecessary he take extra money by saying car pe rash aagaya hai dent ho gaya hai & 1000rs from deposit he directly cut off and then rest of the amount he pay off . while taking car you need to pay on the spot but while returning the amount he asked to wait please if anyone is booking Astha then please don't hire a car or scooty from that person. his name is kalgutkar . even hotel don't have any tie ups with cabs for service in Goa or pick up drop facility from hotel to station or airport that you have to do by own .hotel is not near to any beach Calangute is 2.5km form the hotel by walk it's 40min almost..

We tool breakfast and it was worth taking they provided 50% discount also on breakfast really enjoyed staying in resort staf was polite and no issue in staying

It was a good experience. All the rooms are neat and clean . Services are awesome. The breakfast menu is limited, but food quality upto the mark. Air lighted rooms . Most exceptional quality having cloth drying stand . Viewpoint is good . Location from verandah is best . Swimming pool location is better. Overall experience is top notch 👌 I am giving it's rating 9/10

Location is far away from beach. Service is good, but breakfast options are limited. Housekeeping is not ok, bedlinen smells bad. Bed is not king size. During checkout they harassed us for half an hour, claiming their bedsheet is missing.

Room quality is good. Room are clean and hygiene. Swimming pool and there area not properly clean. Food quality is good and delivery in room is very fast. All over good experience value for money.

Hotel is very good, staff is very supportive, restaurant service is good, clean rooms, clean washrooms, daily cleaning was also good, overall very good experience.

The property location is great and staff is so humble and nice. The food quality and taste is also excellent

The Staff was very nice & helpful. Recommended for family specially. The resort's environment was so clean and pleasant.
