I wish I had NEVER crossed roads with Crossroads. Don't be fooled by the exterior and the garden! Located at a lovely locality, the entire building is a red flag from within. The rooms are dingy, the sheets- dirty, and the washroom has got no fresh soap. If you are unlucky, you might be too by random strangers in the building. Stay away. 🙂

The location being in Salt Lake area, the surroundings were peaceful and well connected to all necessities. I really liked the food but they took a long time to prepare it. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice.

Worst experience.. booking done with complimentary breakfast but only received breakfast the first day... Toilet was very dirty... no proper room service and no room cleaning during my four days

Room very dirty, food quality is poor, bedsheet , pillow cover not cleaned, supporting staffs are ok. Insects are roaming all around. Wi-fi hardly works.

The bedsheet and pillow cover were not washed. The room and washroom were very dirty. The breakfast was not served anyday during my 3 days stay. The hotel is rented to unmarried couples on hourly basis charge. Very pathetic experience. Never suggest anyone to visit with family.

Decent place for the hotel. They have good rooms but the blankets were unclean or so it looked it. Bathrooms were clean

Location was good but you need to hunt a lot for having some good restaurant nearby. Hotel food is ok but it takes a hell lot of time for the delivery. Staff is good. I felt bathroom was kuch bigger than the bedrooms. Though pillows and blankets could have been better and clean.
