ザルツブルク中央駅から少し遠い。バス停は近くに２つほどあったので使いこなせると便利でした。受付などなくすべてオンラインなので楽ちんでした。

1. 自助式酒店，全程靠輸入密碼進樓下大門/電梯/房間門，i人天堂 2. 行李可以免費寄存在樓下的locker 3. 門口就是公交站，120/121直達salzburg hbf，動作迅速的話實測可以1分鐘從房間閃現公交站台 4. 需要溝通最好通過WhatsApp，響應還算及時 ps：此次入住的房間落地窗正對路面，私隱性一般，入住兩天幾乎沒拉開窗簾

非常棒的自助式酒店，雖然房間不大，應有盡有，五臟俱全，有微波爐，自己做飯很方便，離火車站很近，旁邊超市很多，坐150bus 去湖區相當方便，推薦這件酒店，如果下次再來薩爾茨堡，還會選Numa！

numa체인만 가고 싶을 정도로 만족한 호텔입니다 깨끗하고 셀프체크인도 편하고 단순하고 좋습니다 세탁실도 있어서 잘 사용했는데 세탁기 냄새가 조금 나서 관리가 필요해 보이고 또한 CCTV가 로비나 엘리베이터에 없어서 안전관리 예방차원에서 추가로 필요해 보입니다 간혹 밤에 노숙인이 출입하기도 하는 것 같아요

시내랑 조금 떨어진 부분 말고는 다 만족했습니다! 할슈타트 때문에 잠깐 들린거긴 하지만 역이랑 가깝고 몇몇 관광지는 걸어서 갈 수 있어서 좋았어요:) 도시세?를 내야 한다고 들었는데 결국 요구를 안 하시더라고요,, 도둑이 된(?) 기분이었지만 좋은게 좋은거라고 ㅎㅎ ++ 숙소 주변 중국집 마파두부 존맛탱입니다🤤

the location is good although not at the city center, 2 mins walk distance for supermarket and 25 minutes to Salzburg attractions. design is good and considerate. however, the facilities and equipment are failed, firstly, when we check-in the room, the mirror was failed to hanged at 2 screws and we almost made it felled when we brought in the suitcases; secondly, the toilet can’t stop loading water when we first time flush it, and cannot keep water for the next flush; furthermore, we think it's unacceptable that the whole property out of hot water for shower on June 18, 2025. we suffered the ice-water for shower at that night and we don't see any sincere apologies from hotel. last but no least, that's not good/bad, a fact that if you prefer service, then there's no service in the hotel, 4-star hotel price but providing hostel amenities.

酒店位置在市中心與火車站的中間，兩者都是可以步行的距離，但建議最好搭車酒店沒有員工在場，全程靠一個4個編碼作入住，進入酒店、存放行李、入住房間、洗衣服全都靠這組數字完全，比用卡方便唯一不滿意，我獨旅卻安排我在一個有房中門通往隔離房間的房間，令我感到有些不安全但總括而言不錯，睡得安穩

My husband and I stayed at numa Salzburg and absolutely loved it! The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed—everything felt fresh, cozy, and well thought out. It’s one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, and the location was great for exploring the city. The only downside was the check-in process. numa operates without on-site staff, and unfortunately, we didn’t receive the registration link in advance. It took us about 30 minutes to sort things out and finally get access to our room, which was a bit stressful after a long journey. That said, once we settled in, everything was smooth. If you’re looking for a clean, stylish stay and are okay with self-service check-in, numa Salzburg is a fantastic choice. Just make sure to get your check-in info beforehand!

酒店位置距離火車站步行大約10至15分鐘，全部均為平路。酒店附近有很多巴士路線都直達遊客區和火車站。很方便。酒店雖然是自助入住，但入住前酒店職員會聯絡我們提供指示如何入住和寄存行李。寄存行李的locker 很大，足夠放一個28吋行李箱，還有不少位置。房間寬敞，床很大，衞生也非常好。浴室空間也非常大。而且房間內設有餐具和微波爐。位於一樓，但夜晚附近的環境很寧靜。推薦入住。

It is located in between central station and old town, around 1 km away from all the spots but the room is spacious compare to other hotels at better location. There’s no reception to assist with check in but the whole experience is seamless as they will provide the code for self check in which is super easy. Free luggage storage is available too for early check in and late check out! Highly recommended.
