薩爾茨堡霍夫K6酒店 (Levy's Rooms & Breakfast)

Potential security concerns The apartment will email the password for room key prior if check-in after 3pm. When I check-in after 3pm, I follow the password according to the room number given in email and successfully enter a room. But when I open the door, the room have plenty of luggages and stuff there which seems someone is staying there. As I am doubt that if I have booked this room and the number of beds are not the same as what I booked. The front desk has no one there and I can only choose to call the emergency number (which most of us only have internet SIM card and cannot make phone call). A male staff answered, checked my name and said I booked a totally different room number and with different password. He claimed that he is not responsible for the email and seems none of his business. Later I successfully got into my room. I am very worried about the security as the staff will make such mistake and someone else may also can get into my room anytime. As I have packed itineraries so didn’t reflect the event to front desk during office hour. During my whole stay for 3 nights, no staff reached me for follow up or apology for the mistake, I wonder if the know they had made such main mistake and even any handover of this event by the staff who answered the emergency call. Just one more point, the breakfast is fine with plenty of choices.

I wasn't happy to pay double, but the front desk refunded me the next morning.

Poor self-check in arrangement. I have arrived after 3 pm, but the check-in information from the email was changed without notification. Finally, I have solved the problem by the help of other guest but not the staff.

優點：前台工作人員熱情。缺點：房間太臟，20多年在歐洲遇到的最臟的房間。床單和枕頭上都是頭髮和**。晚上會有垃圾蟲和蟑螂到處爬，爬到臉上和地下。酒店旁邊是個工地。地板鼓起來了，衞生間防水沒做好，屋裡都已經掉牆皮了。

酒店很好，地點極為方便，職員人也很好。最驚喜是早餐，我們沒有預訂，因為附近也找不到吃早餐的地方，一人15歐羅的價格我們也加了早餐，但完全值得，食物非常新鮮美味。 如果經永安訂一定要預先取得lobby的門禁密碼因為是自助check in。那天大風大雪我們呆在大門，香港永安有時差無人接聽，訂購單所謂的24小時攜程熱線也沒人聽。徬徨之際幸好在大門看到酒店電話，有housekeeping staff 聽並給我們密碼，才不至在風中凍疆。
