The location of this hotel is excellent. We feel very satified with the bath and the bedding which had enlightened our stay for 4 nights in Salzburg. We like the window blinds and the mountain view of the room given to us on the upper floor. The complaint is that there is no table in the room and not enough electric plugs which are important nowadays for travellers to chargie our electrical appliance and devices.

The hotel is located very close to the central station, which is extremely convenient. The place has a unique design, and although the lobby and breakfast area are quite small, they are cozy. The room itself is a bit small as well, but the design makes great use of every corner, making it very practical and functional, with space for everything you need. The bed was comfortable, and there is a safe in the room. However, there is no fridge unless you pay extra for one. Breakfast is, in my opinion, overpriced at €19.90. The hotel offers luggage storage, but note that they charge an additional fee if you want to store your luggage after check-out. On the positive side, you receive a free city transport pass for the duration of your stay, which is a great benefit. On the other hand, the city tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid separately.

The hotel has a very strategic location, just a short walk from Salzburg train station, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The room size was decent and comfortable for the stay. However, one area that could be improved is the water arrangement. Guests need to get drinking water from the lobby, where a kettle and water jug are provided. Unfortunately, the jug was not covered, which raises some hygiene concerns from my personal point of view.

The location of this hotel is superb! Even it is not far away from the train station, it was really quiet. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were tidy and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and would like to recommend the hotel to our family and friends.

東南亞風酒店，走廊上放着鳥的鳴叫聲，製造自然的氛圍。 重點是交通很方便，下火車步行幾分鐘就到了。交通買了瑞士pass之後也可以坐公交去各個景點。 房間夠大，床很軟，浴室很乾凈：）很滿意了。

酒店設施比較現代化，櫃子和放物品的桌子一體式，跟中國酒店傢俱不太一樣，這個桌子下面沒有凳子，住了兩天衹能站着化粧。另外，被子尺寸特別小，有點蓋不住腳的感覺。 優點：地理位置特別好，就在火車站旁邊，火車站裡有2個超市購物方便，火車站press&book店裡可以買薩爾茨堡卡，周邊公交線路特別多，第二天要坐火車去維也納，出行購物非常便捷。

酒店地理位置十分方便，早餐款式及口味可以接受。唯一感到失望的，就是房間衞生程度只屬一般，剛續住換房時發現地板上有黏黏的東西沒有清理乾淨便交房、未使用過的被鋪床單留有毛髮、房間傢俱很多灰塵、某些房間冷氣不足。酒店員工絕大部份親切友善及樂於提供協助，某些員工的專業態度及親切程度更勝其他5星級酒店（例如：為我登記入住戴眼鏡的女職員、為我安排購買早餐留鬍子那位男職員、為我登記續住那位年輕身材窈窕的女職員、為我寄存行李的那位身材略胖的女職員、負責整理早餐的兩位女職員），他們的工作熱誠是推動我日後再考慮入住及介紹給朋友的主要原因。總括來說，這酒店雖然有不足之處，但是它是可靠及舒適的，能令住客有賓至如歸的感覺。

氛圍很好👌🏻雖然房間不大 電動百葉窗，只是它們可能有設定 有時候降下來了，它還會自動上升 櫃枱一直都有人在 隨時有人可以服務～ 而且差不多午後櫃枱邊都有提供蘋果 但領完就沒囉 玻璃瓶水有分有氣和沒氣的 我們每天都會去拿氣泡水喝 雖然規定寫行李寄放、借冰箱要收費 但實測結果是，服務超好👍🏻完全免費喔 我們在薩爾斯堡意猶未盡 到德國一樣訂cocoon hotel
