Service was really good and friendly. They had all the amenities we needed. Very good location 15min away from everything or closer. Excellent value

We weren't to Happy with the $8 parking fee that was supposedly mandatory that you find out about once you go to check in. Scrambled eggs for breakfast we're not hot, they had gravy but no biscuits. Go figure. Other than that the visit was okay.

We loved the location and we were happy with everything we were suppose to have been able to enjoy but with that being said we did have a few problems and we were not accommodated for what we had to deal with. We rented two rooms and one the air-conditioning didn't work and the other one the heater didn't work and we had to deal with that from Friday night to Sunday morning not to mention we paid more to be able to have breakfast and the food wasn't good at all the eggs were extremely greasy and hard and Saturday they served burned kolaches and Sunday was under cooked sausage patties and overcooked biscuits and again with the hard greasy eggs and to top it off it was valentines weekend

Great a hotel, service, good location very nice staffs and clean

Lisa - Review house-keeping routine/policy, currently room service is every 3-days and this does not work for our stay. We were there 4-days and on day 3 room wasn't cleaned. Bathroom doesn't have a fan so moisture stays in the room too long as hanging towels over shower bar didn't dry out towels and this cause mildew smell. Trash cans only had 1 plastic liner. Went to check-in counter and requested clean and the next day didn't arrive so i saw the room cleaner with her cart and got fresh towels. On arrival the room had only 3 fresh towels in the bathroom which should have been 4 Suggestion of Improvements 1 - Complete Room service every 2 days 2 - Automatically deliver fresh towels daily as the air is very humid 3 - Trash cans to have multiple plastic liners inside so when trash is removed then there is another one ready to be used, this will keep trash cans cleaner 4 - Review number of occupants and have sufficient fresh towels in the room, 2 people equal 4 towels. 5 - Add bathroom evacuation fan so that moisture from a hot shower will be removed quickly 4 -

房間挺乾淨，浴室較舊，早餐挺豐盛的，反正比希爾頓、凱悅的好

Loved the location. Great restaurants in the area. Will definitely be back. Loved the pool and hot tub.
