The staff was good. The price was right. Breakfast was good although I would have liked to see some bread choices. Cafe American made with very good coffee. Towels in room are in need of being softer. Very course. They smell of being in the dryer too long . There is a sitting/eating area with an atrium and very nice plants growing. There is a travel agency connected with the hotel. They are very good. I also arranged my transportation to and from the hotel. Being picked and returned to the airport.the management of the hotel is very conscientious

The hotel is a very authentic old Mexican style. If you like this kind of thing this hotel is a great option for you. But if you want modern amenities, style and feel, this is not the hotel for you. It’s extremely beautiful and is kind of set in time, a time around 40 or 50 years ago. But it has a magical feel about it
