The location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants with great food and just a few hundred meters from the supermarket. There are also many pharmacies nearby, making it very convenient. As a woman, I feel very safe staying here, which is important when traveling. I also appreciate the hotel’s eco-friendly choice of providing water dispensers instead of plastic bottles. This is my second time staying here, and I’ll definitely return again. Highly recommended!

在山打根來講算是很不錯了，床也睡的很舒服。酒店的地理位置不錯，打車也方便。四周圍就很多餐廳吃。

這個旅店很差，東西都很舊冷氣不冷廁所淹水這個旅店不可以住，以後不敢住了，最好不要去住，你會後悔😂😅🥲

Only thing good was the location and friendly staff. Shower floods the whole bathroom, bathroom amenities terrible, aircon only works half the time and smelt damp and also leaked water all over the TV and desk. Karaoke bar next door also made a bit of noise on some nights. Below average stay.

Great hotel for Sandakan but just a small problem. Whenever you shower you will flood the whole toilet. Other than that, it is a good choice for Sandakan

Great location at the Bandar Utama Sandakan, walking distance to local food. The hotel room is small, almost no extra space to walk after open the luggage. The toilet will be flooded each time after shower as there is no separation between the shower area and toilet area, hence the toilet always wet. Cleanliness needed to improve.
