酒店地位不錯，服務也可以，旁邊有不少美食，去山打根市區就要自己開車過去，房間很清潔，滿意，下次還會住

We were not made aware that Sandakan has water shortages. When we got there the first day we couldn’t even take a bath. Not a very good experience for once. The hotel should mention these issues to avoid inconveniences. We had to buy mineral water to bath. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but the hotel should at least give us a heads up

The place was nice but the fact the shower head was broken and it could barely pour water on my head was bad. The heater wasn't working too. Also it should be common courtesy to call the guests shall any of the cleaners to come in and clean or restock the water in the room. As two women travelling, knowing someone could have easy access into the room was scary enough. The only good side during my stay was the front desk girl helping me arrange to the same room during my one week stay despite having many reservation.

The hotel ask for RM100 deposit; in case there’s damages done by the guest. However, the room itself was already in ‘sorry’ conditions. The towels were old and stained. The wall was mouldy. The washroom’s knob was malfunction. There’s no hot water available in room 403. Since we’ve arrived late and we’ve checked out early - we won’t bother to change room. Hopefully the owner take this message positively and improve the facilities. No point taking deposit, but the room was in a sad condition.

Habitación con olor a humedad, sucia, toallas sucias, dejado descuidado en general. Fotos de como han dejado sucio el hotel en otras ocasiones que repugnan. En general este hotel es solo para dormir y no mirar atrás.
