there is no elevator to the second floor and has to carry luggages up the stairs . Front desk staff can help to carry on request . Very small rooms with small windows  Plenty of restaurants in vicinity is a plus  It is also close to Sepilok and the Rainforest discovery center  The hotel should state clearly there is no elevator up to second floor , elevators are taken for granted these days

Staff service was average. Requested for second bottle of mineral water but was told we have to pay. Shower screen was too small, water will splash out making the bathroom floor wet. For those who plan to stay here, need to bring toothbrush.

You might have to rethink if you have a lot of luggages as this hotel does not have lift. The TV has not much channels as well. But the location is great. It's easy to find Grab and restaurants are all around. Marts are also very near.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay!

Room in second floor, need to walk up at staircase, with luggages will be tough. Room we stayed have no wardore, cannot hang/put clothes. Only one room key card is inconvient, twin rom 2 person should get 2 cards. TV programs only local TV, boring.

Location in IJM very convenient as many food options around. Room is comfortable and clean enough for 2 nights stay but my room the shower did not have hot water only lukewarm water. Staff helpful and friendly.
