Tiene agua caliente una hora al día, si no estás, la pierdes, la ventana no tenía manilla se podía abrir desde la calle empujando, en el baño había pelos largos, la nevera minibar no funciona al igual que la caja fuerte, el extractor del baño hacía mucho ruido, lo comentamos en recepción y nos dijeron que eso es lo que hay, contacte con Tryp y hablaron con el hotel que accedió a cambiarnos de habitación, eso si lo hicieron por la noche, nos llamaron a la habitación cuando ya estábamos dormidos, aún así nos cambiamos. La nueva tampoco tenía agua caliente

During a major blackout in our area, it was almost impossible to find a hotel. Thankfully, 永安 helped us secure a booking, and the hotel even offered a free upgrade so my kids could have a good night’s sleep. Truly grateful for the excellent service!

This was a very bad experience for me. I was stuck in flash floods, and the whole of Sabah had no electricity and no water supply. Because of this natural disaster, I could not even reach the hotel. I requested a refund, but the hotel rejected it without any consideration for the situation. I feel very sad and disappointed. Instead of showing compassion, the hotel only cared about money, even from people who were in serious trouble. This shows a complete lack of empathy and customer care. Even for a budget hotel, this kind of attitude is unacceptable. ❌ I will never book this hotel again, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Generally, good location for the hotel. Service was adequate, albeit slow as there is only 1 person manning the counter. However, a generally comfortable stay, which the aircon could be colder.

The hotel wasn't listed in grab, so I phoned to check the address, turns out they are still listed under the old name. Then the hotel customer service say it's my problem if I can't get there as they don't have transfer services. I finally got there after 1 hour of trying to get a taxi. The room looks fine, but there wasn't any hot water.to shower and the aircon turns itself off after sometime. I woke up in a pool of sweat several times in the night to turn the ac in again. The pillow has been washed and is lumpy. Had a terrible night Sink is cracked too. Will not recommend this hotel for the terrible customer servixe and broken aircon and lack of hot shower.

There was no slipper the carpet was quite dirty. So better you should bring your own slippers. Hot water was not really hot. I request a High floor when I registered they said 3, 4 were available. But when I got a key it was 1st floor. But AC was good. Deposit need to be paid by cash only. 150myr.

Everything was fine and good. But the only main issues were the receptionist never pick up the call and the tv not function. Hopefully they can improved their services, perhaps hire female staff at the front office.

Этот отель на картах Гугл называется Amanson sigNature Hotel . Забывают убрать номера, старый ремонт, вид из окна на помойку, окна не открываются, испорченная мебель, подушки самые дешевые. Интернет плохой. В здании этого здания находится бар в котором до утра играет очень сильно музыка и каждый день, в номере все слышно. Депозит берут 150 рингит(наличными) за 2 дня.
