亭子旅館 (The Pavilion Hotel)

The room is quite huge, comfy and clean. The plug point near to the beds is only one, so need to have a extension but there is plug point opposite of the bed. The toilet is okay, clean. Provided with the toiletries and slippers. There is also massage parlour downstairs, can make payment by cards

The hotel is nice. The receptionist is friendly. Will recommend others to stay there if attending functions at the MMU Cyberjaya.

Good and affordable hotel

Мы ночевали одну ночь, в целом нормальный отель для краткосрочного пребывания, номера требуют ремонта, но не критично. Оставаться надолго вряд ли бы тут захотелось. WiFi хороший, можно еду в номер заказать (мы не пользовались этой услугой). Завтрак нам понравился, нормальный выбор еды. Если у вас будет время в Сандакане и вы не будете знать, чем заняться, рекомендую пройти по тропе наследия, нам понравилось. Зайдите в дом писательницы Агнес Кейт и в китайский храм. Путь не слишком близкий, возьмите воду, головной убор.

Kebersihan bilik & tandas ok. Location strategic dekat dengan airport sandakan , sekeliling hotel dekat dgn dobi , market & restoran. Kekurangannya ada 3 saja, kalau book bilik yang bathtub, susah nak mandi. Rujuk dalam gambar ke 2. Kena masuk dlm bathtub untuk on kan air , air tak boleh adjust sejuk sebab panas. So kena tahan masa mandi. Pastu card bilik hanya bagi 1 saja, so kalau mau turun bawah , kena ketuk pintu untuk buka kan pintu sekiranya bukan menginap solo. Tv teda function sebab tiada saluran & tak dapat connect wifi. Tv mcm tv lama.

The staff is helpful. The hotel is ok only as a transit stay, say, if you arrive late at night because it’s close to the airport. The environment was very noisy: the air con sounded like it was about to take off, karaoke till late at night and muezzins very early in the morning. Few shops, restaurants, etc.

Pleasant stay. The location is excellent, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. So far so good 👍🏻

**ROOM 102 (01–02 JUNE 2025)** This was my first time staying at this hotel. Based on recommendations from social media friends, this hotel was said to be the best in the area. However, after staying here, I found the room to be quite ordinary. It is recommended that the hotel management consider renovating the room design to align with current interior design trends. To maintain guest comfort, there are several important aspects that the hotel management should improve: 1. CLEANLINESS * Bathroom tiles are moldy and have an unpleasant odor. * Exhaust fan is dusty. * Toilet window frame is dusty. * Window glass has smudge marks. 2. FACILITIES * The air conditioner is very noisy and not sufficiently cold, even when set to a very low temperature. * Curtain railing is not well-maintained; the room remains bright even when the curtains are closed. * No bidet hose provided. * The restaurant during breakfast is quite cramped despite a large number of guests. * No iron and ironing board provided in the guest room. * Peephole does not have a cover. HIGHLIGHTS 1. A safety box is provided. 2. Coffee amenities are available. 3. Fast WiFi connection.

酒店附近很多可以吃的地方，出入方便，酒店環境舒適，乾淨，衞生，服務員態度很好。有包括早餐，食物準備得也很好。
